Rooms were pretty clean, no major issues. They could use a little dusting though. Pictures look slightly better than in person. Didn't realize it was a Red Roof Inn Plus & they have people temporarily living there. Again, no major issues with that either, just did not realize. We found the common areas could use a little cleaning and smelled of smoke/marijuana but we did not smell that in the rooms so it really didn't bother us too much. We were traveling with kids though, so if we knew of this stuff prior we unfortunately probably would have booked elsewhere. Great price for the rooms though.

Nice hotel rooms, great staff. It was just a quick sleep stop on a long trip, but very nice.

I wish I had better things to say about our stay, but unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this property. The entire building smelled like a combination of fish and death, to put it kindly. Our room was very dirty; the floors were black, covered in hair, and there was mold on the window and air-conditioning unit. My infant son actually had an exacerbation and required an emergency room visit due to the mold. Despite this, the host was unwilling to work with us and never offered to give us a new room or any kind of solution. They did offer to compensate us with a refund, after I requested one, but they never actually ended up initiating the refund and stopped replying altogether. I will be reporting them to the inspection department as well as the Better Business Bureau. Do not stay at this hotel.

About what we expected and a very good value right outside Boston. Not a motel, has interior doors. Was clean and comfortable.

Know this in advance. This is a hotel. Check-in, same as hotel. Check-out same as hotel. If you book multiple rooms they may not be near each other. If someone sets off the smoke alarm in the middle of the night, you must evacuate just like a hotel. These rooms were super clean! Shampoo, soap, linens provided. We (5 females) stayed for 2 nights. Walked across the street for grocery, shopping, multiple restaurants. At check-in, I inquired about a roll away bed, which was not available, however there was an additional room I was able to purchase at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again. Close proximity to drive to Boston and park for the day.

We had no trouble checking in or communication. The rooms themselves need work. One of the rooms the heating/air unit didn’t work well the water pressure was very low. In the other room paper was peeling off the wall and some of the wall sockets didn’t work.
