*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is no fenced yard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

HISTORY: Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district for the automobile, the Country Club Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Seeking to create a real estate development that captured the allure of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols purchased several small lots of land in a swampy and undeveloped area in 1907 and opened the Plaza’s first buildings in 1922. This home features one full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo and features Tommy Bahama luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest will be provided with one wash cloth and one large bath towel, hand towels and dark make-up towels are provided for convenient make-up removal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal including cookware, dishes and silverware. You can also enjoy takeout from one of many Kansas City Restaurants and store your leftovers in the stainless steel refrigerator!
The dining room features a large square table to seat four and a full coffee bar. Brew your coffee using one of the many options provided: Keurig Coffee machine, drip coffee maker, pour over or French press, along with coffee grounds, creamer and sugar!
