A gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance to the space. The adjacent dining area boasts a brand new 8-person dining table, where you can enjoy meals together or gather for a game night. Additional seating is available at the three bar seats.

The kitchen is well-equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid gas range and stove. You'll find all the necessary small appliances for your daily coffee or tea, quick lunches, full dinners, or blended margaritas during happy hour.
