Enjoyed our stay

The location was within quick driving and leisurely walking to the Santa Fe Square and many of the local attractions. The apartment was clean, and we did quite enjoy our stay in Santa Fe.

We had a break view of sunsets over the mountains from the upstairs balcony. Unfortunately, the unit does not have a washer & dryer, but there is a laundry room in the complex.

Overall, my kids and I really enjoyed our stay at this traditional Southwestern-inspired condo at Fort Marcy. The views were absolutely gorgeous, and the complex was quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after exploring Santa Fe. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and we felt right at home.The condo is a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and full of Southwestern charm, which fit the Santa Fe experience perfectly.My only real disappointment was that the pool closes at 6:00 p.m. During the summer, that’s still one of the best times to swim after a day of sightseeing, so we definitely wished it stayed open later.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return

We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Very quiet, right next to the Cross of the Martyrs. Sunset views were great each night from the patio or over at the Cross of the Martyrs. 15 min walk to the Plaza (if that.) The suite itself is beautiful, they did a great job. Beds were very comfortable as well! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

This rental served us well, with easy walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and surrounding old town where parking is very difficult! Unit is well appointed and we really enjoyed the balcony views throughout the day!! It would be helpful to update the description with a couple of details though; there is laundry available but it is not IN the unit but down the hill in the central office, there is a pool but the hours are VERY LIMITED (10am-6pm) so was nearly unusable on our schedule. Not show stoppers, but neither matched our expectations.

Well maintained and beautiful

The woman who helped us with our reservations, was exceedingly kind, patient and help to choose just the right suite for us. The room was perfectly situated and decorated. She said it had all been upgraded and it was. We really enjoyed the decor… So different from our home in Florida. We also very much love the property… Well maintained and beautiful. Each morning and evening, we watched three bunnies and various birds come and go. We also love that it was so close to the park across the street. Where we could watch evening sunsets.

Our suite corresponded perfectly to our expectations, including the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The location is excellent, quiet, and close to the center. A hotel to recommend for any stay in Santa Fe.

This unit was a great location for walking to the plaza as long as you can manage hills. It’s also right next to the upper parking for the cross of the martyrs. Nice downtown and sunset views and a quiet property. The unit was as pictured and it worked well for us, two couples, staying four nights. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Overall we had a great stay. We would have benefited from more supplies in the house. We had one kitchen towel, one used sponge to wash dishes with, no hand towel for the downstairs bathroom, not enough coffee cups for the four of us and no food wrap of any kind in the kitchen. There was a lovely fireplace but no mention of whether it was permissible to use it and whether there was wood available. My three requests to the front office with questions and supply requests went unanswered. On the last day we went to the office to get kitchen towels and a fresh sponge to wash dishes (the dishwasher leaked, which we reported) and they were helpful. But at that point we were leaving so we gave up on the other issues. We enjoyed the unit, our disappointments were with the property management.

Loved: location, layout, pool, hot tub, comfy beds

We loved the location and layout of the condo. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had comfortable beds and the amenities that we needed. This is a place that we would stay again.

Just minutes from great restaurants and the downtown. Only negative is that we had to walk up and down several small stairways to get to our unit. No issue except with luggage.
