Easy process no hassle and no crazy rules. Just like a hotel but you don’t need to check in.

Easy snowmobile weekend with the wife. Rooms were clean and modern. Snowmobile trail access was easy.

Very clean!

Place was very clean, beds could have been more comfortable. Great location to bring you boat, landing was very close! Tall pines for dinner but get there early!

Our stay in Hayward at Birch Point was very comfortable. Bed allowed for great sleep. Coffee good. Towels soft. great view of lake. Just what we were looking for was a place to stay that was clean and reasonably priced.

Small place but clean & comfortable. Shower had soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser but no soap. Also no Kleenex. For the price, those amenities should be full. Also driveway was very very icy.

Great location for the Birkie!

We enjoyed our wintery stay! It was such a convenient location for the Birkie weekend. We booked with the property again for next year. No complaints with the exception of the fact that the hand soap and facial tissues ran out within the first use of both. Making sure the soap & tissues are properly stocked (especially during cold & flu season) would be appreciated.

Deck was dirty. We used a branch to sweep it of leaves, etc. No broom was provided.

I think it would be wonderful if rooms which have air conditioners in the room don't place them so they blow on people in their beds. Very uncomfortable. It is done so often and people are always complaining about that. Let us be able to direct the cold air (which we need) up in the room and not on us. How can I rate the property manager when we didn't talk to that person?????

One room motel

No communication. Couldn't get into our unit when we arrived til we found the cleaning lady. Deck hafn'been cleaned so I had to clean it with my snow brush. I asked for a broom lady said she didn't have one. No clean towels We were there for 4 nights. To extra toilet paper. I thought I had rented a condo . That was just a one room motel with 2 beds a half refrigerator a coffee pot and no coffee to make it with. Very disappointing and a big hole in the screen so I fixed it with bandaids so the chipmunk couldn't get in.

Arrived to our room. Let ourselves in with a code provided. Did not ever see anyone around.Deck/table/chairs were not cleaned at all. Winter debris clearly had not been cleaned.No direction of where we might find ice, other than going into town about 4 miles away.Thought we could find a fishing dock but no such luck and noone around to ask about it. We were disappointed for the price of our 3 night stay. It was an expensive "MOTEL" room with no amenities.

Family Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect with adjoining rooms all the way through, and plenty amenitized for the north woods! We had rented all but one unit and felt like we had a continual tailgate party the whole weekend -- loads of fun!

Quiet and beautiful

Nice accommodations on a beautiful lake in the north woods. A coffee maker was provided along with filters and a few sweeteners but no coffee packets, no coffee cups. Some attention to details would be nice.

Clean, easy to find, great for kids

We stayed in the condos and they were an affordable option if you just need something ny the lake but not for a whole week. The condos are like hotel rooms, this would be a fun option for groups as there are adjoining doors in each room. Bullhead Bob’s was cute, owner was friendly. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
