Gorgeous getaway with all the extras included!

This beautiful vacation home located in the heart of Pawleys Island has all the comforts of home- fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful great room to enjoy family time, Smart TV in every room, Wifi, games, outside entertainment area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, 4 bikes, bike racks for transport to bike path/trails, just a few-minute drive to all the restaurants and quaint shops Pawleys Island has to offer. As the crow flies, we are very close to the beach, but due to the waterways of Pawleys, it is not walkable. If you don't mind driving to the beach - the closest public beach access is just a quick 3- to 4-minute drive. Most of our guests do prefer driving to the beach to easily transport all the beach equipment! Also included is an unlimited entry pass to Huntington Beach State Park - about a 4-mile drive - to make it an easy day at the beach - swimming, fishing, hiking trails with parking and restrooms right on the beach!

Exceptionally clean, very well stocked rental, very nicely maintained, exactly as described. This was a great last minute rental for two couples—had everything we needed—very short drive to the beach and everything else you wanted to do. We particularly appreciated not having to bring our own chairs/wagon etc. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful experience! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, stocked with unexpected amenities. This is a very comfortable and inviting home. The hosts were communicative, clear in the check in and check out processes. We felt welcome. the hosts love this home and it shows.

This was a home away from home, all amenities that we needed were provided. With its tasteful decor and dream kitchen, the home was perfect for building family memories. Easy access to sights, to groceries, to shopping, and all important, Ice Cream!

The location is great - convienent to beach access where there is public parking. The house is immaculate. We enjoyed the outside seating in the evening. We also used the provided S.C. State Park pass to visit Huntington Beach State Park which is only a few miles away. The house is close to many great restuarants in Pawleys Island, and Murrells Inlet is a short 10 minute drive. Therese had timely, excellent communication. We would defintely stay in her house again. It is the nicest VRBO house we have ever stayed in.

The property was perfect for our family of four! Everyone was able to have their own room - my husband and I stayed in the spacious master bedroom (bonus points, it has a walk in closet)! and our two teens had their own bedroom. I was nervous with them having to share a smaller bathroom, but it was just fine. There were plenty of board games at the house, which added to the fun. Therese was very communicative and shared a lot of detailed information before our stay and at arrival, which was helpful. The home id beautiful, looks new, is clean, and well cared for. There is only one entrance at the top of the flight of stairs (see exterior photo) so keep that in mind when you pack heavy suitcases! :) Not a big deal, but thought I'd mention in case anyone has issues with stairs. The property is located close to a main road but its tucked away behind a lot of trees, which helps mute the road noise (not an issue; could just hear a little from time to time). We had a great time and would definitely recommend the stay!

Do not hesitate to book this rental. It’s in a perfect location that is close to all must see sites. The hosts were very communicative and offered excellent suggestions. We are beach goers and really enjoyed having the beach wagon and beach chairs to use while we were away. We also had a wonderful day on the bikes, exploring the area on the ride the neck trail which is a must. They thought of everything! The coffee on hand was so nice! While the location is by a busy road, the house is hidden and extremely quiet with an amazing sound machine air purifier! We slept so good! Highly recommend!

Spring break beach bums

Beautiful home. The bikes and beach stuff were a major plus for us. The owner is VERY responsive if you have questions. Loved our stay.

That is why we make sure you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home, passes to Huntingdon Beach State Park, beach equipment, beach towels, bikes, bike racks for easy transport to the bike path, games, family and sports TV. All the essentials such as bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergents, trash bags, body soap, conditioner, shampoo will be provided and ready to use! As far as parking - there is driveway parking only - 3 cars will fit in the driveway!
