Gorgeous getaway with all the extras included!

This beautiful vacation home located in the heart of Pawleys Island has all the comforts of home- fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful great room to enjoy family time, Smart TV in every room, Wifi, games, outside entertainment area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, 4 bikes, bike racks for transport to bike path/trails, just a few-minute drive to all the restaurants and quaint shops Pawleys Island has to offer. As the crow flies, we are very close to the beach, but due to the waterways of Pawleys, it is not walkable. If you don't mind driving to the beach - the closest public beach access is just a quick 3- to 4-minute drive. Most of our guests do prefer driving to the beach to easily transport all the beach equipment! Also included is an unlimited entry pass to Huntington Beach State Park - about a 4-mile drive - to make it an easy day at the beach - swimming, fishing, hiking trails with parking and restrooms right on the beach!

Comforts of home

Fully stocked and roomy new construction house with comfortable furniture, beds and outdoor furniture. Well thought out check in and check out information. Lots of great suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Perfect family haven!

We were in Pawleys Island for a few days for a high school baseball tournament. This wonderful home was only a couple miles away from the ballfield so it made it perfect for us. What was even better was that everything in the house was exactly as advertised and even more. The home was decorated nicely and very functional. I worked while out of town and was able to use the great Wi-Fi. The hosts were super communicators and very responsive to any questions. Although it was off-season and chilly temperatures. We got a sunny day in the 70s and we were able to take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels made available by our host. We didn’t get in the ocean so did not take advantage of the outside shower, but it’s a beautiful and clean shower and something we always look for in a beach house. All the furniture was very comfortable and the great little electric fireplace was nice ambience in the evening. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next getaway!

“So Well Done!”

This property is a quaint beach house that has not forgotten any of the details! It was so well stocked with all the conveniences of home and a fully stocked kitchen with all modern appliances. Its decor is very modern and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our houseful of 8-highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful and Clean Rental

We could not agree more with the previous reviews pertaining to this property. I have never stayed at a hotel or house rental which was depicted as accurately in the reviews as this property. Thorough information and communication was provided by the owners and we legitimately have nothing to say that is not positive. Beautiful home, expertly cleaned, and as comfortable as we could imagine. We could not have pictured such a perfect experience as we received through this VRBO rental. Huge thanks again to the wonderful owners! If you are looking around Pawley’s Island or the Myrtle Beach area, there is not a more perfect rental!

Absolutely perfect

What a beautiful home! Everything was spotless, new & comfortable. The coffee ‘bar’ was so appreciated! As were the yearly park/beach passes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fun at the Beach

This newly constructed home has everything you will need for a great time near the beach. Just a short ride from some of the best beaches in the SouthEast, the house has plenty of room and all the amenities you will need. Host is super responsive and will make sure that your vacation lives up to your expectations.

Beautiful stay can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and Therese was amazing in giving us all the info on what to do and how to get around. The property exceeded my expectations! The decor is stunning and we had all amenities we needed to cook, snack, cocktail! The area of the house was perfect! A short 12 minute drive to Murells Inslet which we spent a lot of time and 5 minites to the public beach which was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Pawleys

The home is new and clean and well appointed. Pawleys is a great location of beaches, restaurants, shops and lots of golf! The road system takes a bit of strategy, HWY 17 runs along the coast and is very busy. We had great weather and a nice break from the ongoing cold winter of PA.

Very nice and well maintained property

Very nice and well maintained property well suited for a family (we had a party of 4). Close to beaches, gardens, and golf. About a 10 minute drive to Murrels Inlet (great dining) and a 30 minute drive to Myrtle Beach (depending on traffic). The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We did not take advantage of the outdoor patio, but it looked nice and well appointed for a relaxing evening BBQ. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Best rental property ever

This house is simply amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay completely comfortable. The location is perfect. The house truly was immaculate. We loved the layout, the very comfortable mattresses, we loved having beach chairs and a beach buggy available for our use, and we loved having bikes that were in great condition. If you were going to be in Pawleys Island, this is the perfect house.

Great getaway

This property is even better then the pictures!! Close to anything you need for a beach trip that feels like home. You don’t need to bring a thing except clothes. She couldn’t make it any easier. Best night sleep ever on a vacation, the beds were incredible as well!

Outstanding experience!

What a lovely, well-appointed new house! The personable and responsive host, Therese, has thought of EVERYTHING to make our vacation easy and so comfortable. The house has upscale furnishings that feel like a luxury hotel. We had a wonderful time with three generations of family!

Long Weekend

A friend at work suggested Pawleys Island to me. She describe it as a relaxing area with a great beach. She was right! The house was beautiful and clean. Plenty of restaurants with lots of friendly people. The owner, Therese, helped with beaches to visit. Check in was easy.

Absolutely Perfect!

This house is perfection! We stayed for 3 nights and although the weather didn’t cooperate we enjoyed our time there. The house had everything you could possibly need including a cabinet full of games. The host was so personable. I feel like I made a friend We will definitely stay here again! 😁

Your check-in will be seamless and stress-free - No going to who knows where - to some management company first to pick up your keys and instructions for check-in and certainly there will be no worrying if it's after hours! Everything will be done via text, email or phone call and you'll have direct access to house for check-in. We have an excellent cleaning and maintenance team to ensure safety and comfort during your stay.

Pawleys Island seems to have a little bit of everything - and the charm of a good, old-fashioned town. We are entering our fourth season in Pawleys Island and have put a lot of thought into making our vacation home just a comfortable, fun place to spend with family and friends and would LOVE to share our journey and experiences with you and your family!

In our experience, it is rare to find a vacation rental that is equipped with all the items we believe are important to ensure a stress-free, fun-filled vacation. That is why we make sure you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home, passes to Huntingdon Beach State Park, beach equipment, beach towels, bikes, bike racks for easy transport to the bike path, games, family and sports TV. All the essentials such as bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergents, trash bags, body soap, conditioner, shampoo will be provided and ready to use! As far as parking - there is driveway parking only - 3 cars will fit in the driveway!
