The property is beautifully situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a few restaurants / shops nearby. You will need to be prepared to travel to nearby Indian shores or Clearwater if you require greater choice.The property is very clean but was starting to look a little “tired”. Cosmetic rather than structural. I wouldn’t recommend to families with young (under 5) children due to the close proximity of the water and also the absence of any barrier around the perimeter of the dock.The host was excellent with his communication to us and also resolved one very minor issue we highlighted the very next day. We had a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if we were ever to stay in this area again.

Our stay was awesome. The host responded to our inquiries expediently. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed.We had a little issue with the hot tub but by the end of our stay everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

This property is a hidden gem, its location to the beach and restaurants are perfect and you get a magnificent view of the canal each day. The property itself was in exceptional condition and the property manager was in constant contact with us to ensure our stay went well. Truly an exceptional property and experience, we will definitely be retuning again next year!

Awesome host! His team was extremely responsive. Had a couple of small issues. Host team responded and solved within the hour. Beds extremely comfortable, house was spotless. We Cooked everyday, great kitchen for cooking, watched a lot of sports and living room very comfortable. Had breakfast out on the patio every morning.

There were 10 of us and everyone loved this property! The house was well stocked with supplies, kitchen, bath, bedroom & pool! The host was very responsive and any issues we had were promptly addressed and resolved!Stunning view!Highly recommend, would rent this place again!

Nice home and great location

We really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The whole house layout worked great with plenty of bedroom and private bathrooms. We didn’t get to use tbt pool and hot tub due to the weather - but I am sure they provide lots of fun.

Family vacation

I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. We swam, fished, cooked, grilled, ate, slept, and played. We had 6 kids and 10 adults and the house/pool/dock was perfect for us. Thanks to Lawrence for being responsive and helpful with all our needs.
