Pool mornings, pond paddles and hot-tub nights come together at Smitten in da Mitten—an 18-acre Southwest Michigan retreat made for families and multi-generation groups. Swim in the host-heated pool, explore the natural pond by kayak, challenge the family to arcade-style games, or settle in around one of two wood-burning fireplaces. Five bedrooms, flexible sleeping and Gigabit internet give up to 16 guests room to reconnect.

POOL, POND AND OUTDOOR FUN
The seasonal pool is available May 1 through October 1, with heat included and controlled by the host at approximately 82–84°F. The natural pond contains aquatic vegetation and is not maintained or advertised as a swimming area. Guests may wade if they choose, kayak using the two provided kayaks and life vests, or enjoy catch-and-release fishing with their own gear. The playground is available for supervised family fun.

GAMES AND GATHERING SPACES
Challenge the group on the Infinity game table, wall-mounted Connect 4 or 12-in-1 Street Fighter Arcade1Up cabinet. Smart TVs, Gigabit service, two wood-burning fireplaces and multiple indoor gathering spaces keep the stay easy when the weather changes.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Pool-deck seating accommodates approximately eight, but there is no outdoor dining setup.
• Pool towels and pool toys are not provided.
• The pool, pond and hot tub are not fenced and have no pool cover, alarm or dedicated rescue equipment. Active adult supervision is essential around all water.
• Kayak life vests are provided; guests bring their own fishing equipment.
• Pond fishing is catch-and-release. The pond is not advertised as stocked.
• Wedding attendees are welcome as lodging guests only; parties and events are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are 9 p.m.–8 a.m. Eastern Time. Outdoor sound carries easily across the pond.
• Both fireplaces are wood-burning. The flue must be fully open whenever either fireplace is in use.
• No pets or smoking. Service animals are handled according to applicable platform policy and law.
• Two exterior Ring cameras remain active during stays and record video and audio when outdoor movement triggers them. One garage-mounted camera views the garage and driveway; one front-door camera views the entrance and walkway. There are no indoor cameras.
• A Minut monitor in the back-patio area measures sound levels in decibels and flags readings above 80 dB. It does not record audio or conversations. Noise travels easily across the pond, so respectful outdoor volume is important.

Come for the pool-and-pond setting; stay for easy family time, flexible sleeping and game-filled nights together.
