Right off the living room, the dining room seats 6 comfortably and is perfect for family dinners.

Beautiful, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances is primed for all your cooking needs.

Dedicated office space with workstation for WFH. In home washer/dryer, attached one car garage, and powder room round out the first floor.

Large master bedroom retreat with walk in closet, en suite bathroom, and sitting area. The secondary bedrooms are beautifully appointed and share the hallway bathroom. Both full bathrooms feature soaking tubs to relax and unwind from a long day out on the town.

Attached one car garage with private driveway allows for plentiful parking!

Last but certainly not least, an amazing screened porch features 10 ft ceilings, outdoor dining for 6, and cafe style lighting. Rain or shine (night or day) you can actually enjoy the outdoors bug free! The fully fenced, private backyard is the cherry on top of it all.

Cute place with all the conveniences of home

Family flew in for a family wedding. Host was wonderful, place was very cute, well-maintained, and well stocked with some special touches. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

Awesome place in Duluth!! The house is super clean, no dusty floor clean!! Beds are very comfortable and the beddings are very soft too, making me wonder where did they get it from hahaWe were traveling to Atlanta during the day (20-30 min drive) and went around Duluth for the awesome Asian food dinner!! The house is in a nice neighborhood and feel very safe, which is an important for our family.Thank you so much John for letting us stay :)

Gwinnett Visit

This home made my stay. I traveled to take care of some business with family in the area. Having this beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, comfortable home was a blessing. It was in the perfect location. I can’t wait to return to use the screened in porch in the warm weather.

Cousins reunion!!

We four “senior” cousins had a great visit—our 31st almost annual Cousins’ Reunion! We never left the house during our 3- day/2- night stay and we were comfy and cozy the whole time! The house is recently redone and decorated in such a charming and happy way— very clean —very comfy—and every need was anticipated!! The porch was a pleasant place for our casual meals and for our traditional scrabble games!! We have such nice memories—until next time!!
