At Splash you have the most exciting place on the beach, full of fun for kids and adults. Splash is conveniently located near Pier Park Mall offering shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Close to great golf courses and Frank Brown Park. No matter what you are looking for, you will most likely find it at SPLASH!

Splash has 3 huge pools, 2 are heated seasonally, lazy river, enclosed toddler play area and a awesome water playground for kids with water slides, water cannons. Dive-in movie theater and the famous HUGE SPLASH BUCKET THAT DUMPS HUNDREDS OF GALLONS OF WATER ONTO THE KIDS, they will have a blast while you relax in the sun or at the pool bar & grill. Splash also has a Arcade with a Mini Bowling alley and nicely equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck.

Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a High End Vacation Rental. Flat Screen TV's & DVD's in each room, surround sound stereo system in family room, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary pots & pans for vacation rental cooking, coffee maker & other small appliances.

Splash is a NO SMOKING resort & NO PETS are allowed.

We rent to families with no security deposit required. Under 25 $300 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 14-21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the totals.

The Resort charges a $35 per car for parking and arm bands for the pools are included in that registration fee.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! My kids loved the pools and kids water playground. The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen could use a few more items (there wasnt much silverware and no pot holders to remove things from the oven) but nothing we couldn't deal with. The shower door was hard to close and the balcony door in the living room made a loud noise and tended to stick, but maintenance came to check them quickly and did what they could to correct the issue. We would stay here again.

Condo was dirty when we arrived. Floors had not been swept. Bedroom on the right had not been changed. Dryer did not work until repaired on Friday before we were to leave on Saturday by 9:00 AM.

Great condo but a few small issues.

Beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous view! Great floor plan! Large balcony with dining table and chairs. We had a few complaints that could easily be fixed. Floor was not clean, smoke detector had to be unplugged to stop beeping and ice maker did not work.

Good place with some minor hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo unit was clean for the most part, dishes, linens, all fine. The floors were a different story. At the very least the cleaning crew could have swept the sand off the floor. The master BR bed had 2 supports that were floating, causing the bed to sink in the middle. The owner sent people to fix that. The floors under the bed were definitely not cleaned or swept, previous tenants left under garments under the bed.The dishwasher was finnicky to use and the living room door to the balcony made an awful squeak when opening. To the point where we stopped using that door and just used the bedroom doors to go to the balcony.The master bath hot water knob was no longer connected to the tub, you could pull it off. The owners sent a repairman for that also.Those items really didn't take away from the trip itself. Splash is a lot of fun and although the condo wasn't perfect, it didn't make our stay less enjoyable. The biggest annoyance was figuring out the dishwasher settings to get it to work correctly and sweeping the floors when we got there.

Wonderful Condo!

We have stayed at several condos before at Splash, and this has by far been our favorite!! It was clean, well maintained, and really big! We loved having a corner unit. Will definitely stay again.

Great Stay, beautiful beach and fun property

We stayed here with children ages ranging from 3-11, and it was a lot of fun. Having a splash pad, 2 pools, and a lazy river in addition to the easy beach access was great. Most of the pools are at least partially covered, which makes them great for the hottest part of the day. Beach access was easy, although it was only stairs, no ramp. The beach and water were perfect. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space are large. Between the two bed and the couch we easily slept 6 people. Only downside to the property as a whole was the elevators: there are only 2 on each tower, and during peak times you could wait upwards of 10+ minutes to get back up to your room. We enjoyed the stay, and would absolutely recommend it!

Had a great vacation.

Great area. Unit could use more utensils and dishes. There wasn't a store or arcade. Also no bowling or dive in theater as stated in website. Everyone was very nice and we really loved that both bedrooms were ocean view. Pretty sure we will be back.

We had a great time

We all enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean, minus stains on couch and a stained table cloth from past guests (looked like paint splatters on the table cloth). Sheets and towels were crisp and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful. I'm not sure what happened but we didn't have any blankets for the main beds when we arrived, just sheets. I notified the owner and he said he'd let housekeeping know so they could get us some. Unfortunately it took them 3 or 4 nights before they finally brought us some. The blankets we finally received were like new, if not brand new, so that part was nice.

Love Splash Resort. Everyone there is terrific and so helpful. Our condo could use a little updating and a deep cleaning. I was fine though. Only other complaint is the elevators at the resort are very bad. They might want to look into a new elevator company to service them.

Above and beyond!

This property was exactly as represented and then some. I have stayed in Panama City Beach several times and if I ever am lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here again I certainly will. It is the only place I’ve ever stayed in where both rooms were not only fantastic but we’re also oceanfront! Great communication with the owner, very easy check in and the amenities could not be beat. While I didn’t have any children with me, I hope to be able to take my grandsons back someday To take advantage of the wonderful water park on the property. As with most properties, access to elevators could be a problem but if you time it right it shouldn’t be a concern. I am already looking to see when I might be able to stay there again. Very highly recommended.

We loved our unit! There were a few things that need to be addressed asap like the rusting and broken patio furniture. Other than that we loved our unit! The splash building itself needs a very good deep clean. Lots of dirt/ small trash build in the cracks. The hallway smells like mildew and they need to change the runner mats daily to keep up with the smell/keep it cleaner. It is a very nice family friendly set up. We loved the pools and water play areas. The worst part was they only have 2 elevators for the main floors and there was always a very long wait, sometimes even after waiting 15 min the elevator would open and be completely full so you had to wait even longer.

Great place to stay

Pros: The condo was very clean, check in process was easy, communication was great, the beds in the master bedrooms were huge, decent water pressure, condo supplied a box fan, pack N play, extra blankets and pillows. Coffee pot stayed extra hot, and there was an electric griddle/waffle maker. The view from 10th floor was perfect! Splash pad/pools/lazy river were all great for the kids. Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and VERY noisy. The slightest movement would wake up everyone in the room. The dishwasher did not work, and there were very limited pots and pans. There were also a few cosmetic things that could use attention (examples: towel holder had been pulled out of the wall and was hanging on a light fixture instead of being repaired, bed spreads had some stains/bleach spots/ deodorant marks from not being washed). The wait time for elevators was decently long at all times of the day. All in all- Would definitely stay here again and we had a great time!

Nice condo, but did not meet expectations on cleanliness

The property itself was nice. When I arrived for checkin, the condo was not clean. I sent email to property manager, but by the time I received response I had already cleaned the condo myself. Both of the comforters on bed had blood spots and other dirty areas. The floors had sand everywhere. The living room curtains have dark brown spots all over. Just not as clean as I expected. I have been in communication with property manager several times since stay but no resolution has been received. I feel like the cleaning fees or some compensation should be returned.

Look elsewhere. Do not recommend this property!

Unfortunately I did not go with my initial gut & instead upon inquiring with owner on some of the issues I saw in reviews I trusted his response that all was taken care of & now had a clean property post slow season so all was handled. This could not have been further from the truth. Broken items. Absolute filth. (Adult “fluids” on quilt/bedding & this barely touched all of the issues). We messaged & called upon arrival….no response. Finally they asked if anyone contacted us (they had not) then followed up with send photos to which 7 emails of photos was responded with thanks for letting us know?! Please save your vacation & continue looking & given we are in the STR business ourselves I hate having to leave a review such as this but no one should ever arrive to a property in such conditions & poor customer service.

Family Beach Getaway

We’ve stayed at Splash Resort before but we really enjoyed this room. Very nice and plenty of space. Kids enjoyed the waterpark and smartTVs for movies, etc

Nice place, but needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at other places before with ECDI and were pleased, However this unit at Splash is in need of care. There is mold / mildew around all the vents. The place was not dusted or cleaned when we arrived, the pictures are false advertising as the couches are all stained and look dirty. Kitchen was not well stocked. Positive is Splash location is good for little kids to enjoy small water park and pool. Still the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ECDI has been our go to rental agency for years. Great people there.This condo was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Beautiful views.The resort itself is family friendly. The pools were freezing, which was the only downfall this time. Hot tub stayed over crowded. Unfortunately for us, we had mostly double red flags our entire stay, so it would have been nice to enjoy the pools had they not been freezing cold.

Price doesn't Match Quality

Condo needs a deep cleaning. Toilet in master not attached to the floor. Beds need replaced. Fridge doesn't stay shut. The price that they charge you would think the condo would be upkept and cleaned better.
