This home is located at the heart of Gilbert and only 2 minutes drive from the 202 freeway and the Santan Village mall. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and parks nearby. This is a popular location as it's convenient for traveling, shopping and night life.

Home cannot be used for holding parties or any organized events including sales and training events. This home is not available if you are between homes or having your home remodeled/repaired.

Bookings currently restricted to two guests due to some alteration work to bedrooms.

Our review of home in Gilbert. Az

We stayed several weeks in this beautiful home. I was recovering from serious eye surgery. The home was beautiful clean tremendous amount of amenities waiting for us there nice neighborhood beautiful backyard could not have been better place to recover. Thank you so very much highly highly recommend.

Excellent property

Very cozy and excellent location if you need to be in East Valley. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very attentive to our needs, and even with a glitch with the garage, he had it fixed within an hour. Very good experience- highly recommend.

Great house!

This is a GREAT house - very comfortable for us to stay. Nicely furnished, very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, great back yard (our dogs loved playing on the grass), quiet neighborhood, super close to San Tan Village dining and shopping - short drive to downtown Gilbert for all the happenings there too. We enjoyed the backyard amenities, nice patio and grill set up. The kitchen is well outfitted to prepare meals. The host was quick to respond, very nice in allowing us to check in a bit early as we made good travel time. We have travelled to this area over the past several years to visit family and this is the BEST property we have stayed in - we look forward to staying again if available.

Great Location in Nice Neighborhood

This property has 4 bedrooms with a nice backyard in a good neighborhood. We were able to accommodate 5 people and 1 dog very comfortably. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and a 25-minute drive to Gold Canyon where we celebrated Thanksgiving with family. The host, Sanjay, left us snacks and a bottle of wine. Even though we did not use them, both a gas grill and smoker were available.

Great - very hospitable owner

This was a perfectly located property- great for the golfers we are - close to major highway- beds comfortable- everything worked - owner coukd t be nicer - i would definitely rent again - it would be perfect for a visiting family - quiet safe neighborhood - walked every day

Great place and even better location

First class accommodations in a beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay and hope Sanjay will continue to let us stay at his home. He is a great host and is genuinely concerned with his guests needs. Great job Sanjay.

Perfect Location!

We were looking for a property that was close to relatives for Thanksgiving week. This was perfect! The house is located within a couple miles of everything (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, Top Golf, etc., without having to spend valuable vacation time in the car) and was perfect for 4 of us. With plenty of room for more. It’s a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood and has all the conveniences included for whatever you might need. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities, including memory foam mattresses and TV’s in every bedroom. Sanjay the owner, responds quickly to questions and has everything well marked. It was a nice surprise to see he had snacks and wine to welcome us! We look forward to coming back and staying at this property again.

Great house in a great location.

Very comfortable house; bedrooms on 2nd floor so one person can sleep while others are watching TV, etc. Great Moen shower heads in the bathrooms. Full size bars of soap! Really close to a big shopping/restaurant mall - lots of eating options. Also close to expressways. The owner and his wife treated us like family; welcome gifts of oranges, chips, and a bottle of wine! I would definitely choose this house again.

Great location and close to all amenities

The house was well suited for our stay. It was close to the airport, golf courses, shopping, groceries and major thoroughfare. A very quiet neighborhood. The facilities in the house were adequate and practical for our stay. We will rent this property again in the future.

Awesome. Can't wait to return

Great place with perfect location. Nice restaurants and entertainment very close. Sanjay made everything very easy. House was immaculate and very roomy. Modern appliances and new tv's in every bedroom. We will definitely be back.

Fun in the Sun

We loved our stay at this property SanJay is wonderful to work with and answered all our questions The home is lovely ,in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and was large enough for our party of 5.
