We had such a great stay! The house was comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax while still being able to hang out and spend time together. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything we wanted to do while we were in the OBX. It was the perfect setup for a weekend away with friends, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Very nice, spacious house with lots of amenities for a large group. We were a family gathering of 13 and it was perfect for us. We loved the pool, hot tub, Foosball, and pool table. Dinner was great at the large dining table and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, platters, and appliances if you like to cook. Brenda was a great host and very responsive with any questions. We loved our stay!

First time we rented a beach front home with a pool. Didn’t think it would be used, but with small grandchildren it was a game changer. And all the adults thought so too. And our host was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again.

First time at Nags Head. House was great. Beds sooo comfortable. Lots of stairs with 3 levels. Big hike to the beach and back. Nice to have the pool with the little ones.

Fantastic house for our large family. The house is very clean. The house is beyond spacious, great kitchen, great views, host was very responsive to questions/requests. The beds were comfortable. Everyone in our group loved our week there. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing Thanksgiving

We stayed at this location and it was an amazing home with beautiful views of the ocean. The home was very clean and spacious. My family and I really enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving there and would come back.

South Nags Head Stay

We enjoyed two days at Brenda’s property in OBX. Each Bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room and game room were well laid out and had all the amenities that were needed to make the most of your stay. I would recommend staying at this property for anyone who has a large group as it is comfortable and has great access to the beach

Great Stay in OBX

Our group very much enjoyed our stay at the property! It's as advertised right on the beach which offered great convenience our whole stay. We found the area not too crowded as well with plenty of room for our group on the beach. The dining area is large which is nice for family and friends to gather. This location is also very close to all shopping and a number of tourist destinations. As a final note, Brenda was a very responsive host which was most appreciated!

Absolutely great location and amenities were excellent. Pool and hot tub were a wonderful alternative to the beach. Lots of beach chairs were available for our use. Had an Internet issue and the owner was on top of it and even came by to fix it Saturday (check in day) evening. Super attentive and very personable. You will be pleased with this rental for sure. And got to enjoy my son's engagement on the beach!

House had plenty of space for 15 people including 8 children The pool and hot tub was an added bonus to the beach! Kitchen has 2 dishwashers which was great for this many people! Not missing anything in the kitchenThe host was readily available for any questions/concerns I had! The pool table and foosball table on the bottom floor kept the older kids entertained. Had a great stay for the week!

Great House with Responsive host

We really enjoyed the property. The boys aged 14-17 and the adults all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The Roku TVs were easy to access our accounts. Brenda was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we had a great stay.

Outer banks family vacation

This was a family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us, seven adults and fives kids ages 11-17. The home was beautiful, met all of our needs and exactly as pictured! The beds are comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Check in was easy. We’d stay here again!

Absolutely Great Place

This house is great, comfortable, clean and as nice as the pictures look. It amazing and we travel a lot and have seen many great places. Our Host, Brenda was the best host I . have EVER- EVER dealt with!! 8 guys on a 3 day duck hunt and we’ve traveled the entire USA over the past 10 winters.

Great Family Trip!

This house has something for everyone. House was ready at the promised time, beds made, and towels as promised. We were able to spread out and feel like we had our own space and also enjoyed the large dining table and family room for games and puzzles. Brenda was very responsive to any questions we had the entire week. We will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beach Vacation with Friends

We had an excellent stay in Ocean Breeze. The pictures in the listing are exactly what the property looks like. There were 10 people in our party so we had more than enough space for everyone to have their own bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is extremely well supplied and had everything we needed - even a coffee grinder! Everything on the property is well maintained and we had no issues with the pool or the hot tub. And of course having the beach as your backyard is unbeatable. We had a lovely stay and would return again in the future.

Amazing View!

The house was beautiful and well decorated. Kitchen well stocked and large dinning table. Hot tub and pool were wonderful. There are 3 stories so be prepared for steps with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. Lots of boxes in the carport area so you can’t get a car in there but ample parking in the driveway.

Beautiful location-Need Towels

Perfect location. Updated kitchen and family room area which is nice. Bathrooms need some updating. Place needs some general maintenance throughout. Most sliders very hard to open. Towel racks pulled off wall in most bathrooms. Each person gets 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and a Wash cloth for an entire week. For the $, you should get a lot more towels provided.

I am very disappointed to learn that my home was not a good fit for your group. I inspected the property prior to your arrival and the home had been thoroughly cleaned. With the rainy and windy weather and the number of guests in your group I am sure that sand did get tracked into the home and blown against the exterior of the windows during your stay. During inclement weather I can provide additional/mid-stay cleaning services if requested. After being made aware of the issues you noted above I asked maintenance to visit the property. They found that the flapper on one toilet did not fully close some of the time causing that toilet to occasionally ‘run’ so maintenance replaced that mechanism. Maintenance was unable to find any ceiling fan or other fixtures in the home that were broken My goal is always to provide a great experience for my guests and If you had contacted me with any of the above issues during your stay I would have been happy to send housekeeping and/or maintenance over to address them immediately. Hopefully you will have better weather during your next trip to the OBX.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had a great week at Ocean Breeze! This house is very beautiful & accommodating for a group of 16, we were 8 adults & 8 children. There was a perfect arrangement of bedrooms/bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The owner left us a goodie bag of starter items that was so helpful & a lovely little bouquet of flowers. Really nice touches in the kitchen area were 2 coffee makers, 2 dishwashers & an ice maker. There is a 3rd coffee maker in the basement. The pool was great, it didn't need heating while we were there. You are right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We've been to Nag's Head before & stayed at the northern end of Virginia Dare Trail but enjoyed this location much better - more quiet, less busy. It was not too far of a drive to our favorite ice cream shop - Booty Treats! Everyone had a great time! We loved it all!

Memory Maker!

This was our first time visiting the OBX and also the first time booking through VRBO. I am very particular and tend to be a skeptic when it comes to online booking however, I was pleasantly surprised! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house that not only met but exceeded our expectations. It was apparent when entering the home that each detail to this newly renovated house was well thought out. The furnishing and decor were beautiful and comfortable. The house and property are as described and pictured in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything and everything imaginable, with extras to boot!! The property owner made the booking experience a breeze. She was very responsive to any and all questions prior to booking and during our stay. Our family ranged in ages from 78 years old to 2 months old. The house is 3 levels therefore the stairs can be a challenge however I was very well aware of that prior to booking. The owner explained the lay out of the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of room for all family members to have their own space, bathroom and solitude if needed! Our family enjoyed the fact that we had a private pool, stairs that lead to and a private deck to the beach. The view from the top deck was amazing. I spent hours just soaking up the sights and sounds! My 8-year-old grandson loved the fact that he could eat out on the decks picnic table, ocean front view dining minus the crowds and wait time!!! The house was in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and family activities. Just a short drive to explore other areas, places of interest on the outer banks! We had a wonderful experience, with many special family memories made! We will return. Thanks, Brenda, for being so responsive and helpful, you went above and beyond!

Great place to stay for a vacation

The property is well maintained,when we asked for a replacement of an outdoor cooking device it was delivered unbeileavably quickly. We all had a great time.

Great rental property!!

We loved this house! It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the long dining table was great for eating and playing games together. Great location on a street that wasn’t too busy. The property manager was amazing to work with and was punctual on communication.

Good location, house and views.. Missing things i would have considered standard like beach chairs, beach towels and hair dryers. Lots of boxes in the driveway so maybe updates are planned.
