Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. They sleep and live in a cloth-making house over three hundred years old in the heart of Monschau. The Rur flows past directly behind our house; With the window open you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape up to the Red House.

You can walk to shops, restaurants and parking lots.

The apartment has a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) in the living room. The apartment is modern and has been lovingly and extensively renovated. The tourist information office is located a few houses away and will be happy to inform you about all events and leisure options. We will be happy to provide you with a parking sticker free of charge for the duration of your stay. We are happy to welcome you. The Koch family

Charming appartment in Monschau

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, right in the centre of Monschau. We especially liked the four large windows which allowed light to flood in. The kitchen was also particularly charming.

Three nights in timeless and historic Monschau

Words simply cannot convey the beauty of this wonderful home. From the exposed timber frames, the rustic and creaky wood floors (I LOVE those floors!), to the thoughtfully placed knick knacks and home decor, Uta did an exceptional job of creating a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy a town that feels trapped in time. From the water of the Roer river rushing by just outside the large windows in the open kitchen/living area to the activity in the cobblestone streets below, the sounds just added to the overall ambiance of the perfectly situated home. Yet never did those sounds interrupt the tranquility and need for rest from exploring the town and surrounding area. Anything anyone could possibly need for any length of stay was provided, including every tool necessary for making your favorite coffee drink. And the bed! The bed and pillows were without a doubt the most comfortable either of us have slept on. Access to the store Mond on the floor below was nice and did not interfere with entry into the unit, which was a slight concern initially since entry to the unit is shared with the store. But the owner did an excellent job explaining how entry worked and what we needed to do when coming and going after store hours. Was absolutely no issue at all. And how anyone could possibly escape the store and not find that one thing they have to have would be shocking. Overall, my wife and I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay at Uta’s place any better than it was.

Alles aanwezig (behalve vriesvak maar daar kan je wel rond werken). Mooi ingericht, het plaatje klopt. Midden in het centrum maar opstaan met de kabbelende rivier en fluitende vogels. Parking voldoende aanwezig en niet duur voor overnachters. Toplocatie! Aanrader!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Wir hatten nur Sonne. Die Wohnung hat uns auch sehr gefallen, bis auf kleine Ausnahmen.Sie lag mitten im Dorf, Nahe dem Burgauparkplatz. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Für ältere Gäste waren die Sitzmöbel nicht so geeignet.

liebe Ute, lieber Dietmar, die Ferienwohnung war vom feinsten. Hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet picobello sauber mit allen kleinen Details, die man sich wünscht. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Ganz großes Kompliment für so viel Liebe und Geschmack bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Ich wir danken sehr für den tollen Aufenthalt, Eva.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Monschau

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Stadt Monschau und zeigt sich genauso wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und auch die Mitarbeitenden im Laden helfen gerne weiter.Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto ist aufgrund der Lage in der Innenstadt etwas kompliziert, aber auch hier gibt es hilfreiche Tipps von den Vermietern.Der angeschlossene Laden bietet eine pittoreske Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen.

Beste Lage, hell, groß, toll eingerichtet

Rundum schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man hörte nur leise das Rauschen des Flüsschens. (Wir wohnten im 1. Stock mit Fenstern zur Straße und zur Rur hin.) Küche mehr als komplett eingerichtet! Betten groß und bequem. Große Couch, großer Fernseher … So eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung gibt es nur ganz selten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, historische Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, noch nie hatten wir solch eine Küchenausstattung. Das historische Haus und die alten Häuser sind wundervoll Romantisch. Wer schlecht zu Fuss ist sollte an historische Treppen denken beim buchen. Sonst unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Ein winziger Minuspunkt ist der viel zu schmale Durchgang am Bett. Man kann sich nur seitlich daran vorbeischieben, wenn man zum Bad will oder man muss über den Partner "hinwegklettern".

Traumhaft

Wir haben über die Jahre schon verschiedene Ferienwohnungen gebucht - diese war mit Abstand am liebevollsten eingerichtet. Dazu alles sauber und wie neu - bis auf das Haus selbst, und das sollte ja auch so sein. Monschau selbst ist auch unbedingt ne Reise wert.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Komplette Ausstattung hinsichtlich Geschirr und sogar Kaffee, Tee und Gewürzen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Wohnung im Herzen von Monschau

Wir haben eine traumhafte Wohnung vorgefunden und uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Sie ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt nicht mal am kleinsten Detail! Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen in die Umgebung, war es perfekt! Wenn es uns wieder in die Gegend zieht, werden wir ganz sicher wieder diese Wohnung wählen!
