Everything was "was"wow" wonderful...beyond expectations..Snack tray on the counter was a hit with husband.The huge walk -in shower was great!.The old house was finished to a high luxurious standard .We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the huge grassy lawn& taking pics of the flowers & trees.

The decorations were fantastic and we loved the theme! The retro appliances were really cool. Also, truly enjoyed the bathroom with the soaking tub and fireplace.

We had THE BEST time. We went here for a late Mother’s Day & friends birthday getaway. So 2 couples. This was perfect but could have fit another couple or 2. They had everything we needed and some things we didn’t even realize we needed. We grilled, we sat by the fire, we enjoyed the tub and the peaceful front porch. We floated jacks fork and the drive was a short 25 minutes. It’s a wonderful place, the pictures do not do justice and we are trying to plan our next stay soon! Make sure you check out their video on the counter of the history behind this home and all the hard work they’ve put in. A must stay!

Beautiful farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It was beautifully decorated and everything was as described. We appreciated the treats, water and coffee. The ambiance with the fireplace and lighting was wonderful. All in all, a great place to stay.

Birch Tree Gem

The property is GORGEOUS! We had a wonderful stay! Marsha was the best! The area has lots to see & do—we especially enjoyed the old mills & trout farm!

Wow. This property is so impressive. We stayed three nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Not only did the owners offer so many amenities, but they also had it decorated for Christmas. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had a huge shower and tub, and in the kitchen they left snacks and water (which my son loved!). We will return!

Awesome place

The pictures do it no justice! Its beautiful and the place has everything you could possibly need. Felt just like home. Also, loved the tub. Theres also so much stuff to do around the area

Cozy accomodations

This house was a cozy, comfortable place to stay. Although it sits on a road that's busier than what I'm use to, I slept better than I had in a long time. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Restful and relaxing

We had a wonderful and restful night here. This is the end of our weeklong road trip and this farmhouse was the perfect stop for the last evening. Welcoming, cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout the house. Everything was as described, and still exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Getaway for Four!

We recently stayed at this home with some friends, and it was a fantastic find for our group of four adults. The home was so clean and cozy! The host has thought of everything one could need during their stay. We couldn’t stop admiring the details and talking about how gorgeous this remodeled home is! Will definitely be visiting again if I’m the area.

Birch Tree Farmhouse Dream

This old farmhouse has been spectacularly renovated. Hearts feel right at home when you enter here. Such a wonderful place for resting, relaxing and rejuvenating the spirit. Amazing Stay

As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the property. The ambiance was peaceful and homey. We didnt need anything. It was all supplied. When i needed to ask a question while I was staying there the owners replied right back. It will definetly be a place I stay again.

This was an amazing adventure! The farm house tastefully done. A woman paradise in the bathroom spacious, bathtub complete with chandelier and fireplace. Beautiful surroundings with lovely seating outside and a fire pit. The fireflies were amazing to watch. Truly a fairyland accommodation for the whole family. The host Marsha is extremely gracious and we loved every minute of our time there

Ozarks getaway in Birch Tree, MO

This 1909 farmhouse has been beautifully restored and is just the right size for 5 people. More would be a bit crowded. We loved the location, which was close to Rocky Falls, Blue Spring, Ally Spring, and kayaking the Jack's Fork. We had lots of space outside on the porch, patio and backyard fire pit. Well stocked kitchen and friendly touches, including coffee bar, were much appreciated. We will come back.

The 1900’s Farmhouse is beautiful. It was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. The soaker tub was terrific and the fireplace created a warm ambiance. Retro frig and microwave appliances were a very nice touch. The yard was beautiful and had both a nice patio with grill and a great fire pit area. Marsha was a wonderful host and very responsive, providing eating ideas and cool destination options which we loved exploring. Our favorite was the Alley Mill and Springs. Special call outs to Gramma Nell’s restaurant in Birch Tree for their amazing staff, excellent breakfasts, and cherry pie and to Smokin’ Sam’s BBQ and Grill in Mountain View where we enjoyed great conversation with the owners and had amazing brisket sandwiches, tasty french fries, coleslaw and beans.
