The entire property Cozy , comfortable fully furnished 4 bedroom space with additional simple finished room in attic , and front porch and parking , we live off the property but only a few miles away and always available by phone and Happy to help , we are a young Amish family and we enjoy meeting our guests and being as hospitable as possible with camping area. The farm is also open for farm visit with baby animals baby ponies baby goats and a baby kitten we also give and horse and buggy rides for the children , also let the children do chores horses and give some treats .we also offer supervised catch and release fishing in our farm pond with prior arrangement . Places to eat near by (6 min.)white horse luncheonette delicious homemade food .also(20 min.) shady maple buffet homemade food delicious.(20 min) from intercourse attractions the park to take walks and shop the Amish shops.(9 min.) from Hi

The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our large group. The fire pit and water slide were nice extra touches. And meeting the Stoltzfus family and getting a ride on their horse and buggy was an added bonus!

Once we were able to make contact with the host, we were able to secure our buggy ride and see the animals, my family had a great time and talking to David was enjoyable and educational experience for all 10 of us. The trip to the farm was the highlight of our entire trip and we would do it again if given the chance.

We stayed from August 27th to August 30th. The check-in process was seamless. The house was cozy and clean, and accurate as per the listing. We are a family of six, and everyone felt comfortable in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, which made cooking meals easy. The air conditioning functioned well, which was very helpful in this hot weather. The host, David, responded to queries very promptly.The location was on the Old Philadelphia Pike, and it was nice to hear the horse buggy sounds throughout our stay. We visited their farm and had a memorable conversation with David, his wife, and kids. They spent a lot of their time talking with us, and my kids loved their dog, cat, and other animals. The buggy ride with David was a standout part of our stay. But the real gem was talking to David and his wife about the Amish lifestyle. It gave us a genuine glimpse into a way of life we'd never experienced before and made the trip truly special.

The one thing that caught my eye about staying at this location was the bouncy house/waterslide for the kids to have something to do. However, the bouncy house was rolled in a ball input in the shed. Also, most of the lightbulbs in the house were blown, so the lighting was very poor. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! The house was warm and inviting especially with our 4 younger kids. The David and family invited us to their farm to feed the goats, horses, learn about the culture, and go for a horse and buggy ride. The fire pit area was a great place to relax, talk with friends and family, and enjoy the scenery. We also enjoyed sitting on the swings while watching the horses go by. The house has plenty of room, we were able to enjoy quiet time while the kids played in the family room. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This house made me think that VRBO does not vet properties before listing them. No one should pay money to stay in this house. NO air conditioning (window units locked in a room in the attic.). The house smells terrible. The furniture was musty and had holes. The stairways were unsafe. Strange layout, which was not presented in the listing. It’s also located right on a Busy road and the photo and the listing was deceptive on this count.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this warm and welcoming home. There was plenty of room to have a quiet space to yourself and for everyone to come together for a family meal. We had a fire in the firepit and made S'mores. Waking up to the sounds of horse & buggies clip clopping down the road was a highlight to all of us. Our hosts David & Esther were avaliable to answer any questions.

Very friendly host family with great communication. House is located close to everything we wabted including sight and sound theater. This was perfect for out family with plenty of space. The buggy rides and farm visit were a great extra.

Amish Country!!

Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Great location, in the heart of Amish country. Would definitely stay here again!!
