Our family was in town for UB graduation, and The Mill House was perfect for us! Clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family to gather, reconnect, and celebrate our graduate. We absolutely loved the cozy sunroom for morning coffee. Highly recommend. Thank you, Anthony!

Village Getaway

Very nice house, centrally located in the village of Williamsville. Property well maintained and very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and were thrilled to have nice restaurants within walking distance.

Buffalo base for FLW

We couldnt be happier with our rental. This property was great! Everything we needed and then some! It was very nicely decorated. We loved the coffee station and 3 season room!! We are booking again when we come back!

A lovely gem tucked in the heart of Williamsville

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children and it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was in walking distance. The Nest heating and cooling was a little complicated. I would set it to a temperature before going to bed and then wake up with it at a completely different temperature. That was the only frustrating part of the house but certainly does not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed here with family/kids for a weekend trip to Buffalo and the Falls. Great, safe neighborhood. House was as advertised - clean, beds were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Great experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was clean, nicely appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood with no trouble parking. Located within walking distance of Glen Park and the heart of the Village of Williamsville. Tons of restaurants and close to the major roadways to get around the area. The host, Anthony, was responsive to our one question and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely use this property for any future visit we make!
