It appears this may have been an isolated incident, but we are continuing to monitor closely to ensure everything is in proper working order for future guests. Regarding communication, we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response that evening. As soon as we were able to review your message the next morning, we reached out and were ready to assist and resolve the situation, though we understand you had already decided to depart. We also appreciate you bringing up the note about the vacuums and cleanliness in harder-to-reach areas. This has been addressed with our cleaning team to ensure better attention to detail and that all equipment is fully functional for guest use.
