Spread out and enjoy this BRAND NEW beach home! This home features over a HALF OF AN ACRE of private green space that is perfect for little ones and pets. Just off Highway 90 and a short walk to the beach and protected from high traffic, while preserving coastal views! This home strikes a one of a kind balance of ample space inside and out, beach access, views, privacy and safety. The home is equipped with everything you need while you enjoy your stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers comfortable accommodations for 8 people, with two extra beds available for an additional 2 guests. Enjoy the open concept floor plan for dining and relaxing, or explore the outside living space with a wrap around porch and screened in patio offering amazing views of the Gulf.

The home provides ample space and privacy for multiple families staying together as well as gorgeous common areas to create new old memories. Did we mention the TIKI BAR??!! Underneath the house is a full wet bar with network television, full power and a refrigerator as well as a beach shower to rinse off after a hard beach day with family and friends. There simply isn't a better way to relax than grilling your fresh catch and watching the sunset in your private hammock chairs and plush tiki bar furniture. There's also a children's playhouse to keep the kiddos busy long after you've arrived back from the beach or perfect for rainy days.

The home provides nearly 2,000 sq/ft of covered parking! The home is steps to the beach and Centennial Plaza and less than 2 miles to fabulous restaurants, shopping, fishing piers, parks, golfing, children's activities, downtown Gulfport and more. A short drive will take you to the numerous casinos on the Gulf, historical sites and museums, the Gulf Coast Coliseum and so many more attractions this exciting area has to offer. The home has all brand new furnishings, appliances, flat screen tv's, wifi, kitchen wares, a propane grill, board games, and MORE. Children's/baby items are available upon request. Pets are also welcome, as they are family too!

What a great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for a full two weeks. Really enjoyed the property clean well-maintained. Well kept very nice furnishings and amenities. Lots of TVs great kitchen. The tiki bar was big fun. Catherine Knox was a great host and accommodated any requests or needs that we had Could not have asked for a better stay

Another Great Stay

Once again, our stay on the coast was wonderful. Kathryn consistently does a great job of communicating and the home was just great for our family. Dash, our labrador retriever, loved running in the grassy area and we enjoyed playing outside games, as well. It was a quiet, restful time that all of us appreciated!

Great house near beach

Our first time in Gulfport, MS and we couldn't have stayed at a better place! Booking from the site was so easy and the hostess made it quite comfy for us! The house exactly like the pictures on the site! No surprises! There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately when we contacted the owner. We would love to stay here again wherever back in Gulfport!

Incredible property literally a block from the beach!!!

First, the house is GORGEOUS!!! It well-stocked with everything you can imagine and in excellent condition!!! Property contact, Kathryn, is very attentive and kind!!! Little special touches make you feel like you are the honored guests!!! The beach is pretty low key and quiet considering how busy the area is!!! We also traveled with a dog and 3 year old. There were all kinds of toys for my granddaughter, and my dog instantly settled down... they even provided pet dishes!!! The tiki bar, porch, deck, and screened in porch areas were all wonderful! My only wish was MORE time to stay there!! There are new houses going up in front of the property, but it signifies that this area is popular!!!

Beautiful beach home!

The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We were expecting a full view of the beach, which was shown in the pictures. The view was obstructed with new construction, which is beyond their control. We just wish their listing pictures were updated. Overall we loved it!

Wonderful stay! Home was spacious and clean. 3 families were able to come together without being crowded and able to have their own space as well. Lots of extras provided throughout the home. Easy beach access and short drive to casinos. Loved the tiki bar area! Made for a great family vacation.

Love the house & the host!

This is a gorgeous home! With ocean views! Everything was immaculate. All furniture, beds, couches and chairs all beautiful and comfortable. So many outside areas to hang out! We especially enjoyed the tiki bar area. Perfect for grilling too. Also thought it was nice to park all three of our cars behind garage doors under the house. My husband, son and his girlfriend rented this place for my 60th birthday. The host was very nice and personable in all communication. She and her husband even left me a sweet birthday card and a bottle of wine! Thank you so much for that, so very thoughtful. We had the best time here and never wanted to leave! We truly made awesome memories here and loved our experience.

Incredible stay in Gulf Port/Biloxi

The house was incredible! Very clean, well organized, lots of room, and stocked with all the necessities you would need while on vacation at the beach! A short drive to food, casinos, and entertainment and a 2 min walk to the beach. You can see the beach from the house! Really cool tiki hut outside with tv for relaxing outside and a large front yard for outdoor activities. Can’t say enough great things about this home. Homeowner was very responsive with communication, answered any questions, and had great recommendations. Definitely recommend this home!

Perfect property

Highly recommend this property for groups or families. Very clean, stylish and well provisioned. Good neighborhood and close to everything, drink coffee in the screen porch or grill down by the lanai. Kathryn was a great host, very prompt replies and helped out with local knowledge when asked. This was a guys fishing trip but would love to come back with the family next time.

They’ve thought of everything!

The property is well done and has all the amenities (and then some) needed to enjoy your stay. While we were only two people and a small dog, there’s enough spaces for large groups to gather together and also spread out. I’ve rented a lot of these in the past and this is one of the absolute best ever! Can’t end without mentioning that it’s new and beautiful!

Great Place

The house was perfect for us. Very Clean and great location. Kathryn was nice enough to have all the lights turned on because we arrived late at night which was so nice because it was so dark and your walking into a house you’ve never been in. My parents also came down and we both have dogs and it’s hard to find a place that excepts dogs so that was a bonus. Thank for our stay and we will definitely be back.

Spectacular

This beach house is the perfect location!!! Beautiful ocean view, very short walk to the beach. It was like having your own private beach. The house was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of space for games to play and hanging outside!!! Loved it so much!!! The kids enjoyed riding the bikes around. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions and even let us check in early when we arrived to town ahead of schedule! Definitely the beach beach house I have stayed in so far 💙

We are a military family, and as my husband gets ready to retire from the Air Force, we have decided to make Gulfport our forever home. We hope to share our love of this area with you! I have two wonderful and busy little kiddos, as well as a beautiful, yet stubborn Australian cattle dog. We love to travel as a family, so we understand what it takes to provide inviting, relaxing and enjoyable accommodations for everyone that we are fortunate enough to host. I have a background in customer service and strive to create the best possible customer experience for each and everyone one of you. I believe in doing the little things well, and will try to accommodate any request you may have to ensure your time at our home will exceed your expectations. We built this home specifically as a vacation rental, so everything thought and detail to the home had our guests in mind. The open floor plan allows for plenty of time together, yet has enough space and living areas (indoor and outdoor) that guests can spread out and relax on their own as well. Our screened in porch is a guest favorite which is perfect for evening sunsets or morning coffees while looking out at the beautiful Gulf Coast views. We hope you'll go out and explore this amazing area along the Gulf Coast, but if you choose to spend your time at the house, then we have fast wifi, Netflix, board games, comfy beds, corn hole, bicycles and so much more for you to enjoy!
