Property was exactly as listed. Hosts were extremely prompt when we sent messages. Everything including pool and hot tub were very clean . Wonderful views. Close to all events and parks.

Great house. Attentive hosts. Breathtaking views. Be sure to lock your car doors - not from people but the local bears literally know how to open car doors we discovered. 10 out of 10 for this place

We loved every minute of our stay at this cabin! Clean, cozy, beautiful!!!! The view..... Wow!!!! We saw an adolescent male bear twice during our stay. The path by the grill is a bear path, so definitely keep an eye out! It was super cool to see it come out and poke around the property! We loved the hot tub, game room, sauna! A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the smoky mountains!

The house was amazing ! The kids enjoyed every second of the pool , I enjoyed waking up to the most amazing view every single day ! The house had everything that was needed for us!

Beautiful Mountain View’s!! Cabin was clean, pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the kiddos, and beds were comfy! Property management team was extremely communicative and helpful.

My family really enjoyed staying at the cabin. We spent the majority of our time exploring so we did not use much of the amenities. Communication was great and the place was as expected.

Communication was excellent. The views were amazing, and the cabin was as pictured. The downfall for us was there was no hot water in the kitchen so nothing felt clean, even after handwashing dishes. The pool also got very cloudy on day two of our stay.

Thanks for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed the cabin so much you added another night. Not having hot water at a single location with only 1 water heater is odd. Pools are not self sustaining and although we service them inbetween every set of guests occasionally they need a little extra love. We would have been happy to resolve both of these issues if we had received a phone call.

From the moment we arrived, the cabin impressed us! Easy to find and navigate the property. Plenty of room for all of the kids and the parents to spread out. The hosts were attentive and answered all questions promptly. Will definitely be back! Thanks so much.

Great stay in the smokies

Really fun stay at a great cabin for both location and amenities. Short 15 mins away from Dollywoood and Pigeon Forge. Great for a family especially with multiple gates/doors/alarms separating the cabin area from the indoor pool on the bottom floor. Would happily stay again!

Family Vacation

Check in was super easy, the app was extremely useful and detailed everything you could imagine. The house was spectacular and exceeded all of our expectations! Definitely will stay here again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location was exactly what we were looking for—secluded and peaceful, but still accessible by car and close enough to nearby attractions. We spent quite a bit of time searching for a place that felt desolate without being completely cut off from communication, and this cabin fit that description perfectly.The cabin is at the end of a street, so there was very little traffic during our stay. Although we could occasionally hear people and some nearby construction, we rarely saw anyone because of the surrounding trees and natural privacy. At the same time, it was only a short drive to restaurants, attractions, and other things we wanted to visit.The cabin itself was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything worked as expected, including the HVAC, pool, and hot tub. The washer and dryer were also a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us since we were working remotely during part of the week.The views were fantastic, particularly from the upper floors. One suggestion would be to trim or remove a few of the smaller trees directly in front of the cabin on the ground level. They currently block some of the otherwise amazing view, and removing a few of them would still preserve plenty of privacy.The host was responsive and prompt with all of our questions and inquiries, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
