Fully renovated beautiful ski in/out loft on the third floor. Please note there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Free shuttle to resort during ski season running every 15 minutes. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna in every building. You can store your skis at the heated locker downstairs.
During summer you can enjoy outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi and tennis courts, Adventure day at the resort (paid), shooting range (paid), hiking, biking, golf (paid), fishing (paid), etc.
Fully renovated, high speed wi-fi, smart TV, BBQ on the terrace, amazing views Overseeing ski slopes and lifts.
Note it’s one bedroom and a queen bed in a loft upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, with an incredible view that made the experience even more special. The host truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay!

We visited Seven Springs for a wedding and can’t wait to go back. The condo was very clean and beautifully remodeled. We would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Clean, easy to find, nice layout, comfortable beds, were there for a wedding in Oct so no skiing. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Would rent again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The host communicates very well and even made sure we had activities to do when it was unexpectedly raining on our ski trip! Great location and property as pictured!

Fallingwater tour

I took my Aunts (age 70+) on tours of Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob but we needed a local spot to stay the night and this condo was perfect for the 3 of us! It was beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and we had all the conveniences of being at 7Springs (mainly dining!). Will definitely be back again.

The owner was very attentive! She ordered eye masks for my friend and I from Amazon so we have it when we arrived because the upstairs loft gets really bright from the sun in the morning . I can appreciate a great host we will be staying here again ❤️

Polya is so responsive! Booked last minute and she was ready fast assisting to any of our inquiries. The sauna and hot tub area is sharing with other people staying in the same building, but we totally enjoyed it all on our own because it was off season. Nobody was there, so quiet! Just what we needed! The property is so relaxing and everything is so comfortable. 10mins drive to Seven Springs Mountain Resort, there are free shuttle but you need to book in advance during weekends. Weekdays, shuttles are roaming around. 10mins to Laurel Highlands mini Market. If you wanted days experiencing tranquility and with enough activities for the kids, then this place is for you. But honestly, it was Polya who made our stay extra special! Thank you and will book again if ever~

Ski Vacation

We just had a wonderful ski vacation and the rental property couldn’t have been better for our family. The property is very nice and well updated. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Access to skiing was extremely easy. We could see the lift and slopes just a few feet away out the back window. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive. She made adjustments to our dates due to weather which was extremely helpful. All around a great property!

Nice Property

The property was very clean and as advertised. Great location for us as it was centrally located for our itinerary. We attended the Steelers Training Camp in Latrobe and also went hiking and rafting at Ohiopyle. I’m not a skier, but the condo was right on the slopes. I’d definitely recommend if you enjoy skiing.

Kristen arrived and complained that the condo isn’t cleaned. Cleaning was done the same day before she arrived. She sent pictures of a few hairs she found, entry mat and sofa spots that looked normal wear and tear, and some spots in the fridge in between areas that couldn’t be cleaned without reassembly of the fridge door. I apologized and refunded the charge for the entire stay no questions asked. Although cleaning crew is doing their best and I never had a complaint before for 4-5 years as a super host, I understand that some people have different standards for a property being clean. Also, cleaning does deep clean twice a year or more frequently. I respect my guests opinion and appreciate any feedback and I am sorry you had that experience.
