Above Stumm, in the district of Stummerberg 2.5 km from the centre of Stumm, 3.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 3.3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 3.3 km, skisport facilities 3.3 km. Perfect, in a nutshell

The apartment lies on the upper parts of the Stummerberg, and offers a beautiful view over the Zillertal and mountains. From the living room / kitchen, you are presented with a gorgeous view over mountaintops and the Kaltenbach slopes on the other side of the valley. When arriving we where welcomed by Frau B, who gave us a warm welcome friendly tour of the apartment. It's spacious, offers all the luxury needed for a great vacation, and is in pristine condition. We will surely come back!

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal da, die Gastgeber Familie ist super nett, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Lage ist auch top, wir kommen mit Sicherheit auch ein drittes Mal wieder :)

Familie W. ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, engagiert und zuvorkommend.  Der Wohnung im EG fehlt es an nichts.  Toll eingerichtet, gut durchdacht.  Die Zufahrt ist perfekt und es ist Platz ohne Ende

Schöne Unterkunft mit Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist schön renoviert und man hat einen eigenen Eingang. Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz und auf der gleichen Etage (EG) wie die Wohnung befindet sich auch ein Skiraum. Es hat uns an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt und wenn dann noch mal eine Auflaufform benötigt wird, hilft die Vermieterin auch gerne. Was man berücksichtigen muss, ist dass man per Auto zu der jeweiligen Talstation fahren muss und dass die Wohnung etwas höher liegt. (Bei Schnefall: Ketten!!) Alles in allem: Top!!

Absolute Empfehlung !

Sehr moderne, große und saubere Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die immer zur Stelle waren, wenn man Fragen hatte oder Probleme auftraten. Wir hatten z.B. unseren Fön vergessen und deshalb einen Leihfön erhalten. Super ! Schnell erreichbare Parkplätze, Brötchenservice (über Smartphone "App")

Wir waren während unseres Skiurlaubes in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und sind total zufrieden. Großzügig, praktisch und sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht und dazu fantastischer Alpenblick . Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Super dejlig bolig. Ligger højt med en smuk udsigt, super sød værtinde.gode p forhold. Vi blev budt velkommen og vist rundt. Østrig er fantastisk på denne årstid. Boligen var vidunderlig flot ren og rigtige gode senge, der mangler måske lidt køkkenudstyr som f.eks. ildfaste fade. Men pyt det er da også kun det eneste negative . Vi kommer bestemt igen mange tak for en fantastisk uge kh. Familien j..

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war groß und sauber, mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich! Der Brötchenlieferservice hat auch überzeugt! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!
