Our stay was wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable. Mule Town Cabin is beautifully equiped, decorated and the landscaping is outstanding.

Steve and his wife were charming and very respectful of the property. Followed all house rules with great communication. Was a special pleasure meeting the two of them and hope to host them again. Recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Seriously, a vacation for us is to relax, this was so layed back, screen porch for bugs, back deck for sitting, grill for cooking, a little old but still worked! Absolutely love that Darrel met us here when we arrived, the we know who we are talking to and they know who is renting the property. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was charming, clean and well maintained. Darrell obviously takes pride in hosting. Minor distraction when the ants came marching one-by-one, but Darrell was quick to respond and tried his best to resolve it. Evidently ants have been a problem in the entire area due to so much rain, and probably won't be an issue in a more normal climate, so it was not due to lack of care on the part of the host.

Staying at the cottage was amazing! The cottage is very charming and homey. Communication with Darrell and Bev was easy and they were flexible with us. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was excellent very close to both Columbia and Spring hill. The cottage was cozy, the owner very friendly and attentive, and evenything we needed was handy.

I couldn’t have imagined more perfect stay.Daryll is a top-tier host. He met me at the property, had wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things in the area, shared some very interesting history of the area, and was just incredibly accommodating.The house was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and homey. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were plenty of towels, etc. the place was freaking spotless! The living room had an incredibly comfortable sofa and oversized chair and ottoman. The beds were very comfortable (something you don’t get to say that often when staying in other places). Linens were great. I particularly enjoyed the screened in front porch. I’m from Washington and I don’t get to see fireflies that often. It was lovely.I will definitely be back!

Great place!

Very happy with my stay. The owner gave us a tour on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The house is very warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Home away from home

It was a very enjoyable place to stay. Close to most anything you’d want to do. The thing I enjoyed the most was that the house stayed clean the whole time and the absolute peace n quiet!

Host was great, he met us at the home, gave us a tour and info. Provided directions to Venue, eateries. Etc. this was a short visit, but would stay again. Enjoyed hot coffee on a cool morning on screened porch. Thanks!

Cozy and inviting

A lovely, cozy home just a few minutes from downtown Columbia, and close to Spring Hill. Clean and well-appointed. A very attentive and welcoming host.

Peaceful place with awesome hosts. Darrell went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for a quiet little weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and inviting the moment we walked in. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for our family

We had to visit our family in Franklin for a medical check up and this was just perfect for us. Super close to everything and perfectly between Spring Hill and Columbia. The host was super responsive and clearly takes a lot of pride in ownership. Thanks again for hosting our small family. We will be back soon.
