Villa Andrea, a delightful newly renovated 3 bed villa, is a welcome addition to our rental portfolio. Located on a quiet residential street in Kiziltas and offers a perfect retreat for groups of up to 6 guests, and couples.

The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, with great attention to detail, with a mix of contemporary and traditional styling. All three bedrooms are en-suite and there are inverter technology air conditioning units in all main rooms. The open plan ground floor layout includes a fully fitted contemporary kitchen and kitchen island, plus ample seating in the form of a large L shaped sofa & armchair. There is a 4K smart flat screen TV in this area too, where you can watch UK channels via IPTV. There is high speed internet available for guests too.

Villa Andrea has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and newly renovated pool, complete with roman steps (6 x 3m), a shady dining area and comfortable seating both on the main terrace and also on the covered terrace on pool level, plus on the 1st floor balcony and roof terrace. There are lovely sea views from the villa too, on all levels.

From the villa it is only a short walk to the Thursday market area and the town centre (approx. 5 minutes) plus a further 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back!



The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors as follows:

Ground floor:

The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with bar stool seating for up to 6 people. A water cooler, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee french press are also provided. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen TV and TV unit.

Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen onto the pool terrace.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom king size bed and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs

Bedroom 2 – A double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs

(the balcony on this level is shared between both bedrooms, and has lovely sea view)

Second floor:

Bedroom 3 – A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the villa’s roof terrace. This has far-reaching views and is furnished with a comfortable sofa.

The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying sundowners whilst taking in the beautiful sunsets over Snake & Mouse islands.

Outside areas

Large pool terrace, with no slip tiles.

Good size pool, with roman steps access. The pool also has a shallow end.

Covered dining area (outside kitchen) & outdoor sofa in same area.

6 x sun beds, side tables, and umbrellas.

Notes

The villa is accessed via a number of steps from the road, so is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided for guests.

Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided).

The pool and gardens are tended daily.

Preferred changeover days for this property are Saturday and Monday, but the owners are happy to be flexible with holiday start dates where possible.
