Convenient location to town and local hiking trails. The view is great and it's fun to sit on the dock and listen to the birds and water. The host is very easy to communicate with and this property is well maintained. You will enjoy this property!

Great experience. The home is nicely updated. Host Kyle was very helpful with recommendations for the area. Sunsets were fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Being right on the lake with a nice fire pit was just what we wanted. The full kitchen along with the grill were a nice help so we could bring and make our own food rather than relying on going out for every meal. 100% recommend

Clean, safe, and close to everything. Was nice to be steps away from the water. We enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, fish and sunsets. First VRBO with nice pots, pans, knives, etc.

Beautiful property. Outstanding view, dock to sit on and outdoor fireplace. The host included an outstanding sound system including speaker by fire pit. The cottage is updated, warm and cozy. Everything we needed was provided including games. We had intended to travel using the cottage as home base. That did not happen. We didnt want to leave. The only issue we had was the inside of window tracks were dirty. That is something to be expected from up north. Would have been nice if cleaning people would have addressed that. We will definitely be returning.

The house was extremely clean. The view is amazing. The back of the house has lots of doors to see the lake. Kyle was very informative and kept us updated for early check in which we were able to do. We appreciated the snacks that were left and the cabinet for items you may forget (for us- the bandaids). The kids loved being able to walk onto the deck and jump into the water. The swim mat was also a huge hit. We wished the weather was a bit more cooperative during our stay but we were able to enjoy the board games and basketball hoop inside the house. Overall a great stay.

I can’t say enough about this property and the host, Kyle. The cottage is situated Lakeside directly facing the sunset across the lake and extremely close to anything you might need as far as retail or entertainment goes, although it is stocked with every amenity you might need. Obviously recently remodeled and in tiptop shape. Kyle bent over backwards to ensure our stay was great and accommodate every request. You will NOT be disappointed with this rental!!

This house was absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. But so is the whole house! They also left us a couple of snacks for the weekend, and that was a very nice gesture. The lake view was perfect (would have liked less wind but can't help that). We did go in the lake as thr water was still a bit to chilly for us. We will definitely be saving this house as a must rent again. All in all a perfect girls weekend!

Great spot!

The place was spacious and clean. We loved being right on the water. The little basketball hoop and heated bathroom were a bonus!!

The lake house was great for a weekend getaway. Kyle was a great host and communicating with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We liked the the fire pit overlooking the lake and the lake view was the best part of it. Would definitely recommend this house and consider staying here again in the future.

Slice of MI and fishing!

It was exactly what we were looking for. We rented a boat from Brian’s Marina and fished, had a nice fire one night. Relaxed.

Great place on the lake

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was very clean and well stocked. The large dock was great for reading a book while the kids played in the water or watching the beautiful sunsets each night. Thank you to our hosts, it was just the vacation we needed to recharge.

Amazing views, very clean and well stocked cottage, plenty of places to eat and shop. Very convenient to have a gas station across the street and a fruit market just down the street. Loved how well the house was stocked. They had everything we needed to have for our stay. Host was very helpful for any questions we had. They stayed in touch throughout our stay. Pleasant to text with. We were very greatful for this opportunity to stay there. We even enjoyed our little wildlife visitors! Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Up North Getaway!

We had a great experience staying at this home! We loved being right on the water. The house is close to food, ice cream and multiples stores for easy convenience. Kyle is an amazing and attentive host. Anything we needed he was on it immediately. We saw beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the bonfire pit and indoor/outdoor speaker set up for music. We hope to stay at this little slice of paradise again!

We are a family of four with two boys, ages 8 & 6. We purchased the cabin in 2020 and have spent time enjoying the lake, getting to know the area, and renovating. We are looking forward to sharing the unique lake experience that allows other families/friends to build memories together.

We have renovated this property to provide a cabin/relaxing feel with modern amenities to enjoy all this property has to offer. The double lot offers plenty of room for games and kids to play in the yard. The views of the lake are great from inside the house, at the patio furniture, or at the fireplace.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The dock has a sitting area (platform) to fish and enjoy sunsets. Steps lead you from the dock down to a sandy beach for swimming. It is the perfect depth for children and you can sit on the platform and enjoy it. The 90' of frontage provides room for yard games while still enjoying lake views. A large swim mat, kayaks, and a grill is also provided. There is a restaurant and meat market within walking distance as well.
