The house is on a quiet street just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.

About 7 minutes from the closest beach access. Within walking distance to Tijuana Flats, Hamburger Mikes, Domino's Pizza and a CVS store. Also close driving distance from the Eau Gallie Arts district. The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. Other cool hangouts include Apocalypse Coffee Roasters for a chill night life and locally sources coffee along with great healthy breakfast/lunch options.

Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked utility closet.

We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

Great accommodation, we will definitely stay again! The home was tucked away and quiet but still close to the action. Everything was clean. The communication was great.

The property is not ready for guests yet my family and I had to find a hotel 7hr after entering the property there was a smell that we just couldn't live with it was really bad smelling the toilets are made for 5 year old the water does not drain in the bath tub lizards in the house it was not a good experience host returned some of my money I should have received it all. In my conclusion the property iwas not ready for guests

My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for spending Thanksgiving with our two children who are students at Florida Tech. The house is a five minute drive to campus. The host is wonderfully responsive. Thank you!

Communication with the host was outstanding! No waiting at all! The house has an Old Florida vibe. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen appointment served all of our needs. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for cool evenings. We really loved this home. So relaxing and convenient to all spots we needed to visit. Definitely will return!

Cozy and Clean Home!

Cute, cozy, and clean home and close to downtown. It was also close to other things we enjoyed. It was also 30 min from the Brevard Zoo. Great weekend trip!
