We welcome you to Premium Design Apartment in the centre of Valletta! This city is truly magnificent, as it is distinguished by its historical heritage (it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and medieval architecture (there are almost no modern buildings in the city). Premium Design Apartment is unique and luxurious so it will not leave you indifferent and will make your trip to Malta unforgettable!
This local living way apartment is located in the centre near Grand Master Square (the main square in Valletta), so you can easily get to any point of the city quickly. From here you can be anywhere within 5 minutes walk and make the most of all that the historic and lively city of Valletta has to offer.
Entering the apartment, you will see a kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a small refrigerator, a stove, a sink, as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully ready for self-cooking for you and your family. On the left is the entrance to the bathroom, which has a shower, toilet, washing machine, sink and mirror. To the right of the kitchen is a bright living area with access to the small balcony. In the living area, there is a TV, a sofa bed and everything for a pleasant pastime. Going out on the balcony, you will see the peaceful pedestrian street of Valletta. Finally, there us a separate bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a console table which may be used to do some work.
Premium Design Apartment has plenty of storage space, washer, air conditioningand the apartment has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, apartment and city guide, complimentary amenities and there is also a self-catering possibility within the apartment’s fully equipped kitchen which offers top-quality amenities including cooking equipment, fitted oven, microwave, mini fridge, and the hob.

The Neighbourhood
The apartment building is located on a calm street in the heart of Valletta, just on your doorstep, you will have access to many landmarks of the city. It is perfect for culture seekers who would like to discover this wonderful city with a strong identity.
At your door step you will have access to many cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the centre of Valletta. Even more shops and bars may be found in Sliema, which is easily accessible by taxi, bus or by ferries. The stops are a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Valletta is full of life during the day, the local Maltese have a friendly attitude, and everything can be reached by walking. At night Valletta remains really calm yet vibrant and you can appreciate a nice dinner in the capital with a large number of good restaurants. We will be happy to suggest to you some of the best ones!

Public Transportation
Bus: Valletta bus terminus is the main terminus on the island and has the busses going to all parts of Malta so you will be able to go anywhere from Valletta.
Ferries: Valletta also has 2 ferry stops, one near the apartments going to Sliema and the second one on the other side of Valletta going to 3 Cities. This is the fastest way to reach the mentioned areas, and also is generally a very unusual cool experience.

To make your stay as amazing as possible we offer many extra services - transfers, excursions, cruises, catering, yacht and other services, and we will be happy to give you more details or organize them for you!
If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we could prepare that for you. Please kindly note that the usage of the sofa bed is included in the price, and the baby cot fee is Eur 50 for the whole stay.

Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure the smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability.
A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:00 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
To access the apartment, you will have to use stairs.

Please note this is a no-party and no-smoking property. Please make us aware of this or any other needs at the time of booking and well in advance before your check-in so that the flat and check-in can be set up for your needs and requirements.
