We had a wonderful stay at the Poolside Cottage, It was charming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool area was a perfect place to relax, and the location was convenient for enjoying everything. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place, enjoyed every minute of it. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star is because of the availability to use the pool. Unfortunately, it seemed as though this was merely unfortunate timing as pool mechanicals do break. This let the pool in a useable state at the time we were there. But please don’t let that deter you from staying there. The hosts were very nice and the cottage was cozy and appealing.

The host was very welcoming and the cottage was adorable with everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and yard. The location was convenient for our needs and accessible to restaurants with good areas for taking a walk. We hope to return!

Casa Pina was just the restful oasis we were hoping for. Everything we needed was there! Susan was the perfect host and a wealth of information about the area. The location was convenient to many good restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Cute, peaceful and well decorated. Access to the pool is right out front and has lots of amenities. Its a quick Uber ride into down and a cute coffee shop within walking distance.

Great place

Susan and Hilton are so welcoming. Such a cute little place with a pool and hot tube steps from your door. Very clean and safe. Loved our time there.

Perfect location in an neighborhood

Loved the location and the property owners were available and very responsive to questions. The bed was super comfortable and we would highly recommend this property.

Outside area was very nice, plants were gorgeous! Inside was very tight, certainly not 800 square feet. While it was dog friendly, had to go out front for grass and street parking only. Host was great with communication.

Thank you very much for your feedback- we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We would like to sincerely apologize for an error in our listing description. The downstairs unit was incorrectly advertised as 800sqft, and the upstairs unit was advertised as 460sqft; in reality both unitsare approximately 500sqft each. We have corrected this information to avoid any future confusion. Regarding pets, we are absolutely dog friendly. While the pool area is brick pavers, dogs are more than welcome to use the front area of the property which offers grass and plenty of space. As for parking, the property is located in a historical, desirable area- which means parking is street only. That said, the Neighborhood is very safe, and many of Our guests park on the street with out any issues. We’re glad to hear that communication met your expectations, and we truly appreciate your stay and honest feedback which helps us continue to improve.
