PLEASE use the calendar when making inquiry. It is up to date with the reservations. NO More than 2 people. 2 bedroom bungalow with bath, quiet section of town, 3 blocks from beach and 2 blocks to amusements. Clean, AC, private outdoor area.  Sleeps 2. 1 full size, 1 bunk bed with lower futon. 2 Beach tags included. NO LINENS/TOWELS PROVIDED you must bring these. Plenty of blankets and pillows. This is a non-smoking home.  PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. House parties, underage drinking, attempting to overcrowd the home will result in immediate removal. No longer renting to groups under 25. Please use calendar to see if nights are open. One parking space provided.

Very very meticulous instructions. There is NO remote control for the TV in the living room. Linens needed list was unclear as it advertised blankets and pillows but the top bunk is missing any blanket. There are no sheets (as is described in the instructions) and no towels at all (bath or beach). There are 15 hand towels for some reason. We ran out of toilet paper within our two night stay and there was no replacement. Also, pictures do not display true size, it is a very tight space. There are 2 beach passes as it is described in instructions. However, beach passes are only good for 2 people which is not clear in the instructions. Otherwise stay was ok, nice patio area. Helpful cart to bring to beach. AC works fine.

Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids.

Comfortable Beach Cottage

Nice cottage, close to the beach and boardwalk. The gated sitting area in front was a great feature as well.

Nice private bungalow

The place was great a few blocks from the boardwalk and we'll kept. Perfect place for a couple and a dog. Jim was great and the place was quiet and private. I would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful stay

This little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. Our Boston terrier enjoyed it also. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the fenced in courtyard. Wonderful stay.

Enjoyable Oct stay

Small cottage perfect for couple and dog or even small family. Place was clean and comfortable with private outdoor space. Our stay was in early Oct so was very quiet.

Great location and everything clean and as described. Very small, but worked perfectly for 3 of us as we were really just sleeping there and spending rest of time with family who rented a big house in SP. Would stay there again.

This place is a dump on one of the worst streets in Seaside Heights. We expected and were OK with small as we spend at least 2 months a year in a 22' travel trailer. On a positive side there was plenty of hot water, the A/C worked and so did the stove. The kitchen contained the sink and the stove. The coffee maker was in the living room and the refrigerator, microwave and toaster were on the enclosed back porch. The photos in the listing do not make this obvious. The unit is listed as having a Queen bed in the main bedroom. It is a Full not a Queen. The shower curtain was moldy and disgusting. The blinds were dirty. There was a broken floor fan lying in the middle of the bedroom floor when we arrived. I notified the owner. He responded two days later and said he knew about it and would get around to it. He never did. The advertised gas grill was a rusted out hulk (with a tattered cover), Beach chairs - rusted out. The refrigerator froze some of our food. The kitchen cabinets go all the way to the ceiling, but there is no way to reach the upper shelves unless you stand on a dining chair. There was one towel hook in the bathroom. No place for wet bathing suits, beach towels, etc. The only place to hang clothes was over the toaster oven - again not obvious in the photos. Off street parking consisted of a very narrow space (we had to fold in our mirrors to fit in the gate) that was barely long enough for our vehicle.

Awesome Place perfectly located

This place was amazing perfectly located in the middle of Seaside boardwalk the host was awesome fresh coffee and 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge snacks as well couldn’t ask for more I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to the shore great outdoor area friendly neighbors truly amazing trip with anything you wanted right at where your staying kudos
