Simple and Easy

We had a great experience. The host was timely and professional in responding to our questions. Check-in was easy, the space was clean, and there were no big issues. The hosts made sure everything went off without a hitch for a stress-free trip!

Great place

This was an amazing place for a family. Beds were so nice, well stocked and plenty of space to spread out. Great location too. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay during Oreogn Relays

Great location for UO porting events. Very easy to check in and house had everything we needed. Host was very helpful! I would absolutely recommend this property and will look to stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

From the check-in process to the home experience to the check out process, it was all absolutely terrific. Excellent communication throughout the entire visit, and the amenities were superb. And Julia is a great host.

Perfect spot in Eugene

This house was a perfect spot for our visiting family as a base camp. The house head easy access to most of Eugene on bikes, walking and by car there were games and activities in the house for kitchen and lots of beds. We had a blast! The host was accommodating, friendly and understanding

Great for 5 adults to build teamwork as employees, yet give privacy when needed!

Family Holiday Gathering

We had 3 generations in this house for the holidays and had a great time! The neighborhood is extremely safe, the house was very clean and the layout worked out great for us. Having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor was important to us. The hostess was kind and gracious. I highly recommend it!

Home base for graduation

This home was perfect for 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. There is room for more, it will sleep 10. The home is in a quiet upscale neighborhood of Eugene. The beds were great, everything was there from kitchen utensils to childrens toys and even a high chair. It was a great place to rest as well as visit with local family.

State championship track

I took 9 kids to state track at Hayward field. This was the best experience for us. We were able to cook breakfast, pack lunches and make dinners while staying here. We could also walk to and from the track and to many close sites. The kids could feel at home and relax. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great property but….

Loved everything about the house. We felt like for the price we paid, and the fact we only stayed 3 days, more basic products should have been available. Within our time frame we had to buy paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have t stayed anywhere that had so little for a 3 day stay.

Perfect for a families or a group

This house is devoted solely to being a VRBO. The rooms are spacious, there are lots of bathrooms, two living room areas and a well stocked kitchen. I've probably stayed in a two dozen vacation rentals and this is one of the best run properties I've seen. Also, it is an easy walk to Autzen stadium - there were shuttles to Hayward Field from there. It is also not a bad walk to Hayward through the park. The next time we are in Eugene we will look to see if this house is available.

Very roomy and comfortable

We were in town for a wedding. Bardell house has plenty of room for 8 adults and then some. The location was centrally located making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is beautiful with a park/playground around the corner. Julia responded quickly. We had an issue with a toilet and she had a maintenance person immediately. I highly recommend this house for large groups.

Diamond League

A few of my old teammates came in for the Pre-Classic Diamond League Final. The meet was great and the house completed the experience. It was very spacious, well kept and in a great location. We were very close to a scenic running trail which was also meaningful for us. We even had a surprise with the Oregon Ducks football game that Saturday evening and feeling the energy of the city the entire time we were there.

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and clean home. It’s exactly as advertised…including walking distance to Hayward Field (using a beautiful trail that goes right by Autzen Stadium). Small drawback. Aside from the master bath, was no full bath on the main level, resulting in our guests in the 2nd king room sharing the upstairs full bath with teens (eek!). We found this to be a small inconvenience though. The family areas (kitchen, family and dining rooms) all work together making the home roomy yet cozy. I recommend it for your UO stays for sure!

Fantastic place in a great location

This home is great for a big family or group, with so many comfy rooms and thoughtful spaces throughout! The furniture and beds and linens are good quality and it’s well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet with ample parking, and a safe place for kids to play outside, including a park around the corner. We biked from the house all through the local bike paths downtown for dinner with two young kids and we felt safe doing it, which is so rare when traveling. We’ve always tried to stay on the other side of the river for track and field events in the past but decided to try something new. It was so easy to get where we wanted to go by bicycle that we didn’t bother driving much at all. Thank you to the hosts for being communicative, prepared, thoughtful and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Lovely family stay

We had a generational girls trip: my grandmother, aunt, mother, sister and her 4yr old daughter and my 10 ye old daughter to stay at this house. Plenty of room and toys/games provided! We did not leave the house much and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is in need of an update of kitchen supplies if you are planning on staying and cooking often. However, the host was extremely responsive abs helpful. Overall great house!
