Professionally designed and brand new 2BD / 2 Baths (sleeps 6 guests) boasts sunrises over the Nubble, with a custom built bluestone patio with an unobstructed views, a 6 person outdoor dining and a new grill. Come experience "Surfs Up!" on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Part of 3-unit compound, rent as a whole for bigger family events.


Artfully decorated and exquisitely appointed, "Surfs Up! " directly on Maine's coveted York Long sands Beach is a newly constructed vacation retreat like no other. This bright and airy space is on and has direct views to the beach as well as Maine's most photographed lighthouse, Nubble Light, and Maine's (and all of New England's) tallest lighthouse, Boon Island.
Experience the most spectacular sunrises every morning which starts right over the Nubble.
No detail was skipped in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space--professionally designed and decorated, everything is brand new. The kitchen features a center island with a quartz countertop and a porcelain farmers sink, state of the art appliances, including range and microwave, separate ice maker, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker as well as all the tableware required for your coastal meals. This one of a kind home away from home is finished with concrete/radiant floor heat, HVAC Central Air and Air Conditioning, a 60" TV with Sonos Surround Sound system, brand new washer dryer and all the amenities you'll need. Outside, there are 2 parking spaces dedicated to the unit, a custom built bluestone patio with an unobstructed view of the ocean, a 6 person outdoor dining table and a brand new grille.
Come experience "Surfs Up!" summer's inaugural season on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and experience all Maine has to offer! The space is part of 3-unit compound, can be rented as a whole for bigger family events, as well as separately for more intimate occasions.

Fantastic

Beautiful property, can’t beat the location, perfect home away from home. My wife, 2 1/2 year old son and I stayed here and couldn’t have been happier. Would love to return in the future.

Perfect location

The property was perfect and exactly as described. Freshly renovated and directly across the street from the ocean. Excellent location. Super clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. We would highly recommend.

Quiet, Cute, Clean House

The house was really cute and clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a great location. You could walk to the lighthouse, ocean and downtown. It was also a great location if you wanted to visit Boston or New Hampshire. There were so many quaint little towns to visit along the coast.

Location, Location, Location!!

Beautiful property, would love to come back and rent the entire property for an extended family getaway. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, they thought of everything for this gorgeous home & the property manager welcomed us with kindness on our arrival. The only negative .... we had to leave ;-)

Beautiful

Overall it was beautiful, we could have done without the people upstairs dancing around and waking us up early every day. It’s beautiful but it was disappointing having to go outside to see the ocean and not being able to see it from the apartment. We would love to come back and rent the whole unit.

not a good experience

I paid a deposit only to be told about 5 months later it was only available for 2 nights not the 5 I wanted Then is was a nightmare to get my money back
