Welcome to a Specious and Charming Family Home In Highland UT. This house is in a close range to Shopping, Hospitals, Hiking Trails, Ski Resorts and Silicone Slopes. Three separate large bedrooms with new Memory Foam Mattresses offer comfortable sleep for total of six people . These three bedrooms are located on the level floor. Additional sleeping area is available in the basement with One King size Bed, One twin size bed and One couch. Two living common areas, one with large seating area for Family Gatherings and the other separate living area with 5 people seating area. The front of the house offers Great View to the Mountain and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many trails and only 25mi to Sundance Ski resort. There are 3 Smart TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer. Nice and Cozy fire place and back yard with portable charcoal Grill. Two car garage and a overflow refrigerator.

We had a family of 5 stay at K house. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of gathering and sleeping areas. The house was easy to access with shopping and restaurants near by. Any questions we had were answered promptly. When we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay at K house!

Great experience at the K House!

Our family stayed here while visiting the area and enjoyed the space. It had everything we needed in the home and the views were beautiful! Great location and very quiet family friendly neighborhood. Will stay again next time we visit!

Comfy House in Alpine

This was a comfy rental as described in Alpine with lovely views out the front door and easy access to good places to eat! I stayed while in town for work and hope to be back!

The home was as advertised. It is the last home on the street for now, so it was very quiet. Friendly neighbors and nice area. The furniture is sufficient. Nothing fancy, but everything was functional and that is what we expected.

Perfect getaway

The owners were very accommodating and the property is beautiful with a stunning view. The house has everything you need for a short stay and there is plenty of space to spend time with loved ones. We highly recommend!

Great family home

My family of 10 had a great experience in the home. We were in the area for a family reunion and needed some where close to stay. This home was perfect. We had an easy checkin and the home was clean and ready.

We rented this property for our son's wedding. The property is very nice. However, the air conditioner went out on the second night. Air was very limited through the vents. It was over 90 degrees outside. We let the owner know the next morning. The neighbor came to look but could not fix it. We had our son's rehearsal dinner that night that we were hosting. When we came back, the house was hot. We tried to open the windows to get air since the vents did nothing. We didn't sleep that night. AC repair was scheduled for Friday morning as we were getting ready for the wedding with 2 bridesmaids. It was very warm. We needed air so we took turns waiting for the repair men so we did not miss them. They did not come from 9 to 12 as promised. We had to leave for the wedding. Wildfires led to ash in the air. When we opened the door after returning, we could feel the heat from inside. It was cooler outside. We wrote owner and he said a full AC replacement was needed and could not be done until Saturday. My husband had to return home on Saturday. We had no sleep for 3 days and a 13 hour drive. Myself and the bridesmaids had rented until Monday but did not know if AC would get fixed and did not want to be alone with repairman over the weekend so we left with my husband, forfeiting 2 nights. It was a difficult experience during a special wedding. Seller offered partial discount for part of one night only. We have not received that or further consideration.

Great home. Great host.

The house was exactly as described. Clean. Great neighborhood. Large enough to have a family gathering. The host was prompt with any questions we had and was quick to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Only room for improvement is the seating can become uncomfortable. It could be personal preference but the living room would be better with couches for people to sit and chat instead of utilitarian European seats.

Comfortable, Spacious, Clean and Neat

Stayed a week here with myself, my wife, our two tweens, and our dog. We also had relatives stop by at times to visit. We were all very comfortable, with so much space to spread out as needed. The only improvement we would recommend would be some more seating in the family/living space. Overall, it was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

We bought this Home as a Vacation Home as we like to ski and hike. This area offers a unique combination of close proximity to the city and the benefit of multiple resorts in the mountains.

This home is located at the end of the street with a great view of the mountains. This is a very quiet and calm neighborhood. Main living area is on one level. Super easy access to/from SLC airport. In a close distance there are 7 ski resorts, walking trails in the neighborhood
