Carefree Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom pet friendly cabin in Hochatown, OK. Carefree Cottage is located in the Sunrise Ridge East development. This cabin is privately managed with no extra fees. The cabin is located just minutes from popular restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and the beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed.

Carefree Cottage is the escape you have been looking for. Carefree Cottage has an open living and kitchen concept. Barn doors separate the master bedroom from the living room giving you privacy when needed. Carefree Cottage is nestled in the woods and a perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

Pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (max 2 pets). Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee each and must be approved by owner. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO.

Everything is good, the only Problem. I have they the address they provide me. It's like 5 miles away from the cabin. Takes me hour and a half to find the cabin.

Needed a great trip before the birth of our daughter and this cabin was just the thing. Great location and awesome cabin. Would recommend this for couple that need a long weekend getaway.

My wife and I enjoy this place! It was perfectly located with minimal noise around us during our stay. Everything about this place was exactly what we wanted to celebrate our 15 years of marriage. We will definitely stay here again!

Great couples getaway.

We stayed for 3 nights midweek and the cabin and location were perfect for us. We enjoyed the ease of check in and ample privacy in this clean, well stocked space. We had our morning coffee while enjoying the silence on the back porch.The location is a mile from anything you could want, we greatly enjoyed the breweries and restaurants that were all a short drive.100% would stay again.

Christmas Getaway

From the initial impression driving up to cabin entry we were extremely impressed. Our host Kyle and Jennifer made this a Christmas to remember. Time finally slowed down. Peace on Earth!!

My Husband and I booked this lovely cabin for our 10 year anniversary and all I can say is WOW! We were blown away by the gorgeous cabin and how cozy it was, while being completely modern with its amenities. We have told anyone who is traveling to BB to check out this gem!! The owners were amazing as well, communication was a breeze and they were so accommodating!

We had a great time staying at this little cabin for a getaway! The master suite was very luxurious and we loved spending time on the deck/balcony outside! Would stay at another one of their properties again!

Perfect Trip, Perfect Cabin

We booked this cabin for our 10 year anniversary, and it was the best decision we made! This house is perfect for a couple or someone who wants to disconnect. The area is so quiet even though there are other rentals around it. The house is so cute and comfortable. The owners thought about everything that could be needed and it was provided. I always struggle sleeping in a different bed, but this one was so good it had me forgetting when I even fell asleep and was amazing for early day naps. If you stay, go check out The Yard Under The Pines up the road and grab some candy from the Candy Store. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Absolutely Wonderful Cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! Wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed, and extremely clean! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area! I would absolutely recommend this cabin to family and friends! Great cabin in a great location!!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! The cabin was closer to other cabins than we thought but it still a nice spot. Close to everything. The tub/shower was our favorite part of the cabin!

Romantic

We were very impressed with everything, from the shower, to the fire pit. Hot tub to the kitchen and bedroom. Everything needed for our stay was there. We plan on coming back someday, hopefully sooner then later.

We love traveling to Hochatown/Broken Bow as a family and decided to build our own cabin to rent out and help others make memories. We built Loblolly Lodge and started renting it out in July of 2020 and sold it in April 2022. We opened Sweet Sunrise, our second cabin, in July of 2021. Carefree Cottage is our third cabin. All of our cabins were designed, built and decorated by us! They are our home away from home! This cabin is not managed by a management company. We will personally answer any and all of your questions before, during and after your stay.
