The home was clean but had an odor that won’t go away, also need to replace the carpet in the living area too old and dirt. The photos on the website are misleading weren’t for those photos for sure we wouldn’t have booked that home. Finally the host had promised to get me access on time but 2 days before check they muted on me, phones won’t go through neither emails until like 15mins to check in time when some members had already arrived and sitting outside, it was frustrating

We’re glad you found the home clean. We do want to clarify a few things. The photos in the listing are of this exact home and accurately represent the property, which is also reflected in the many positive reviews from guests on this platform and other platforms. Regarding check-in, the guest requested the access code before the scheduled check-in time. Unfortunately, we cannot provide access while the home is still being prepared, and the code was provided in time for the advertised check-in. The guest was never muted or ignored. He was sending emails to an address associated with the payment method rather than contacting us through the booking platform. We explained several times that communication should remain on the platform, where we consistently respond. We appreciate all feedback, but we also feel it’s important to clarify the facts for future guests.

Great stay. The yard had some cleanliness problems (old cigarette butts and chairs in bad condition) but enjoyed it. Mike was great.

The house is a little dated but still a great stay. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had some travel changes and they helped me out. I found a small issue with the house and they immediately offered to send someone out to fix it. This is a great find overall and we would gladly go back again. Yes it is a walk to the beach but so very close. The yard could do with some work but didn’t really change much overall. It really is a large yard with ample space to play games or just hang out. The fire pit area is really nice.This was really a great find for us.Food and grocery stores are just minutes away. And the pier and boardwalk are close.

Home was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, yard is massive! Loved all the available towels for large families staying a while! Highly recommend this home! It’s an older home and just as cute and quaint as it could be! We plan to return!

The property is in a great location for the beach and restaurants. The interior is a little tired but it was very clean and very comfortable. We had a great time and would book again.

Family getaway

My family absolutely loved this place perfect for big groups loved the big fenced in yard!! Definitely will be staying again in the future!!

While the host was great on communication, the house is in need of lots of work. It is an older home but there are things that can be done so the house is not in disarray. We left a day early and would have not stayed at all, but it was non refundable. It is in a great location, two blocks from the beach,; however, the listing has to be from back in the day., nothing was as liated on vrbo. The house smells and we had to clean to make ourselves feel comfortable touching anything. The tub had holes and peeling paint, and we know salt water can cause damage , but repairs are in order. The blinds were broken, it looks like pets may have broken them and they were never replaced. The kitchen had many issues , including the stove was a flat top with a crack, so scared to ise it, even the iron was cracked and broken. The itemsils were filthy so we had no kitchen to really itilize. The master had no ac, so there was a loud unit in there and a fan , we killed several huge cockroaches. They did stock the kitchen with snacks and even provided a half gallon milk because they provided cereal, but the cereal dispensers were dirty so we did not touch it . All the other snacks were individually wrapped so that was safe. There was no ev charger, as advertised, and no pull out trundle as advertised. The yard was a wreck and the house outside was mildew and dirty. The host was great and the house has potential, just need some money put back into the house and it would be perfect.

Home was in a great location near the beach and very well stocked. The large yard was a great place to unwind after spending the day at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great Yard and Location

We really enjoyed the stay. The location was great for the beach and downtown. We had a group of 9 adults and had more than enough space. We loved using the yard and fire pit.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This property is is perfect for a large family. We enjoyed the enclosed yard and fire pit. All amenities we needed were within minutes of the house and the beach is the next street over! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice and cozy

The house is nice and roomy, and the kitchen has all your needs, The whole family enjoyed themselves from watching movies to roasting marshmillows at the fire pit.

Wonderful Stay

Host was top notch going above and beyond to provide extra accommodations to make our stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood seems to be in a transitional stage but the property itself was very nice. Would highly recommend this host to others.

Most Enjoyable

If you have a large group with kids, this location is perfect. Older home that's clean, comfortable and complete with all amenities. The host were very hospitable and helpful.
