Comfortable and convenient location

The location is very convenient to Winter Park and downtown Orlando including many shops and restaurants. The location itself was very clean and well appointed

Lovely all around

Spotless, lovely friendly hosts, and the location and layout and set up of this home is stellar. My son is a dancer so I’ve traveled to lots of places to see him perform and stayed in many vacation rentals. This place stands out as one of the very best. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again if we return to the Orlando area!

Great little guest house

We stayed here for our niece's wedding and it was perfect for us. It was close to Historic Winter Park and to I-4 for traveling elsewhere. Jose was very responsive and friendly, and was a great host.

Second stay in 12 months!

Cosy cottage with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge plus 2 double bedrooms. Very clean and lots of nice design touches. Jose and Nuria are great hosts.

The only thing that we had a problem with was learning how to use the TV’s. House was well appointed. Comfortable outdoor spaces.

This was by far the cutest VRBO I’ve stayed in so far and the host were awesome and answered all my questions immediately. Check in and check out was a breeze. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were so soft. I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to the area

Winter park long weekend

This little cottage was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s close to many stores and restaurants. It was clean and had everything you need! The owners were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls' Trip

Although the cottage was not within walking distance of Park Avenue, it was just a short drive away. The adorable cottage was decorated beautifully. Four high maintenance gals were able to get along with only one bathroom! Super cute! able along

A great Winter Park Weekend

Everything about this place was wonderful. Every little detail met and even exceeded expectations. We enjoyed having the well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient. We loved it and will hope it is available the next time we plan a trip to Winter Park.

Thanks for the wonderful stay at a fun and stylish guest house

My spouse and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this VRBO rental, which was a close drive to downtown historic Winter Park. Jose and Nuria were very friendly hosts and were accommodating to our needs. The second property that Jose built, which is where we stayed, is really adorable with some nice amenities. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and it served us well in making several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and there were even fake candles in the bathroom that served as nightlights so we could make our way in the middle of the night. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, but due to the outdoor heat we mainly stayed inside. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around too. Jose and Nuria truly thought of everything for guests to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Jose and Nuria! Kind regards, Jeannie and Siena

Felt like home!!

Such a wonderful guest home so close to everything! It’s even had your own back yard which I enjoyed sitting in the sun (it was snowing where we live). Will definitely recommend!!
