Absolutely beautiful and fully accommodated from the front door to the water. This place offered every possibility to rest and relax. It met every expectation and I fully recommend it. Communication with proper people was easy and welcomed.

Great house!! Super easy communication with the host. Perfect size for a family and some friends. Loved the screened in porch and the fire pit area. Will definitely look to return!

Matt was an amazing host and the property was everything it was promised to be and more! We are an active family who loves to be outdoors and on the water so this was the perfect fit for us. The property is so beautiful and had everything we needed so we didn’t have to pack much to take full advantage of being right on the waters edge. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We ran into a short period of inclement weather during our stay, but felt very safe and stayed well entertained indoors with the games stocked at the house and cozy under plush blankets. Anytime I reached out to Matt with a question he responded promptly and was so pleasant! 10/10 would love to stay here again!

Great place to take family

We loved this place. Nice and quiet, updated amenities. Plus extras including kayaks, firepit for everyone to use. I highly recommend you renting here!!!

Great place for kids

Stayed with kids and I couldn’t think of a more ideal place. East access to lake for kids to get in/out. Porch area is comfortable. Great place.

Book it! Will not regret it, great location on a quiet cove, close to grocery store, marina, Niffer’s. Also close to Smith Mtn Tower hike! Matt is great as a host!

We had a great time ! Home was very clean and well appointed, had everything needed . Screen porch was great, view amazing, kayaking was fun, beautiful cove , lake is clean, warm area is family friendly, able to take walks which was great. Marina is mile by boat about 5 miles by car for those with boat. Couple grocery stores nearby along with restaurants . Little self serve bakery items and veggies near millican loop road which is maybe couple miles , pass on way in to home. Daily Bread by Jessica Milton sourdough Amazing ! Grab some on way in or way out ! So good! Matt is great host/ communciation great ! Overall wonderful location and stay! Definitely recommend ! 7/2026

Wonderful Week

Our time at Babo's Bungalow was great. The home was clean and comfortable. All the things we needed were there. The screened in porch was the best and we loved the dock for our boat. The cove was perfect and quiet for relaxing evenings on the water. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

Auburn getaway weekend

This location and home are beautiful. Most everything you’ll need is included. Weather was gorgeous so we took advantage of kayaking by day and star-gazing around the fire pit at night. Wonderful place for families to gather!
