The Draft House is one of two units on this 3 acre river get-a-way. During your stay you will enjoy a warm and clean 2 bed 1 bath. New marble counters and an open living space. As mentioned, it sits on 3 acres next to the Cuyahoga river. Enjoy local favorite shops, and plenty of outdoor activities. Easy access to local towns and universities and a 45 minute or less drive to the 3 major cities in North East Ohio. Everything you need at your fingertips.

Convenient Location

Property owner was nice and polite when dealing with a problem we had. However my first impression of the property was not the greatest, had problems with the front door lock exiting, Air conditioning, cob webs on front windows, guest towel that had long threads all over. Second bedroom mattress had hollow sag to middle, we would have used other bed however road noise was too loud.

Reunion

Annie’s house is clean, comfortable and convenient to many NE sites. She was quick to respond and answer all our questions. We enjoyed our time at the Draft House River Retreat

Convenient to wedding venue

Attended a wedding at Aurora Meadows. I needed a place that would allow dogs. It was more space than I initially needed but then my nephews also needed accommodation so they stayed with me. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed daily walks to the river.

Cozy & Convenient Stay in Mantua

Annie's apartment was comfortable and convenient for our visit with family. The kitchen was well stocked and Annie was quick to respond when we had any questions. The renovations outside the apartment are still in progress, but didn't interfere with our stay. Be ready for mud outside if the weather is rainy.

Need to finish the renovations but otherwise was clean and hospitable. Some TV instructions would have been appreciated but we figured it out. We had no problems with locks. The area to walk our dog was terrific.

We really enjoyed our stay. We really only used it for sleeping and personal hygiene. I really wished it had a charcoal grill and/ or fire pit outside, as we didn't want to cook in the house. I think my only other complaint is the deadbolt needs some attention. Otherwise we will definitely consider this location again as we thought it was in a great location and had the "being at home feel".

The place was clean. The place was nice. That being said, let me tell you what we had a problem with: we were not given an address number and had a very difficult time finding the right house. It took us a good hour and I had to stop at the police station (it was very near the house we discovered) and see if they could help me find the place. One thing we didn’t like at all: you really need to finish the kitchen windows. Curtains over those windows would give us the Privacy that I felt we were lacking. The owner did think of everything; everything we needed was available . Oh - Some of the doors wouldn’t shut properly, which was a minor inconvenience

Wonderful stay

Home was clean and quiet Busy street, but traffic slowed down at night, does not affect my sleep. Good locale Good eats close by Easy access to major freeways My next statement is in no way reflective of the renter. VBRO and other rental platforms have taken a turn toward price gouging. This renter had an affordable price despite tax and fees. No hidden fees. TV with good shows provided

Just as I expected!

Nice home to get to my family reunion! The house was clean and had what I needed. I had one interactive with the host and she was fantastic. The little town nearby was fun.

It is a cute house and spacious. Being able to walk down to the river was nice. I don’t feel it sleeps 6 because of no sleeper sofa. The electronic dead bolt needs some attention. Maybe put some end tables in the quest room. Other than that it was a nice house

home away from home

The property was very roomy. We had plenty of space, so we didn't feel like we were in each others way. Had everything we need while there. We were in town for our sons wedding so we were gone most of the time. Only think we had a problem with was the entry into the house. The lock took several times each time we came home or left. Even locking at night was a few minute process. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

A moment of peace location for our crazy stay for event

We booked this home because we have outgrown a hotel. We come to area every year for a three-day National Competition and this location was a wonderful escape from the craziness of the event. Quiet small deck perfect for sunning and reading while baby naps, visible wildlife, and the river make this a fun place for adults and kids alike to escape technology and play outdoors. New renovated interior with continued work being down to improve curb appeal. We encountered one small issue and the homeowner responded to our message with in minutes and we had a resolution before the morning was over. Can't say enough good about this location!
