This unique and amazing Penthouse is filled with art, light and open spaces in the heart of Colonia Condesa. Just a stroll away from boutiques, restaurants, museums, libraries and bars. The apartment has the best views of the city. It has a terrace with a jacuzzi and grill, where you can enjoy your day. The building counts with security 24/7 and a parking spot.
There are constructions nearby so some noise could be expected from 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mon to Sat.

The location of this condo was excellent. There must have been at least 50 places to eat within a 5 minute walk, the Metro station was approximately 8 minutes, and both major parks in La Condesa (Parque España & Parque Mexico) were about 10 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our 7-day vacation and would be happy to stay here again in the future. ¡Muchas gracias, Mónica & Luz! ¡Tu casa es hermosa!

Great spot in a great location

A spacious property thats perfectly positioned in bohemian Condesa. It fit our family of 4 well, and was cloae to great restaurants, cafes and bars. It took 20min from the airport, we were met by Luz who kindly had coffee and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful property. We loved the rooftop terrace -- had breakfast there every morning. This is a well cared for family home with comfortable beds, walk-in closets, great showers. The location is near many nice restaurants and cafes -- including Botanica. A short walk to Condesa parks and Amsterdam Avenue. Great bread/pastry shop on the corner. Luz, the manager was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Wonderful apartment within walking distance of the best restaurants and bars. Very clean and secure. The rooftop terrace is the best!

Beautiful neighborhood!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained and great neighborhood. Close to metro stop and great bakery on the corner. We loved the terrace and the art!

Great location and cool rooftop

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it! I did miss having a dishwasher though! The location is great and the rooftop is fabulous!

Four of us shared this beautiful condo right in the heart of condesa. You can walk to many of the great restaurants and attractions. Two floors plus a rooftop with an amazing view

Everything about our stay here was amazing! Luz was so welcoming and accommodating to our every need, including getting us connected with a very friendly and helpful driver for our excursions. The condo itself is absolutely spectacular, even much more impressive in person than in the photos! It was incredibly spacious for my family and while luxurious, it still felt comfortable and relaxing in every space, including the panoramic rooftop patio.We felt very pampered during our stay here!
