The house was perfect for us. Great location, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet when you’re done with the day. The house has EVERYTHING you could possible need. I’ll be back next year!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the Pinellas Trail and a short drive to Madeira Beach. House was clean, nicely furnished and had many amenities including bicycles, beach gear, towels, kitchen items and a nice large covered/screened patio. The hosts are very nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was good.

This home was possibly one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! They had all essentials anyone could need - beach toys, chairs, wagons, bikes! Our stay was so comfortable and easy because of it. Our host had great communication and was very responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental if you’re planning a trip to St. Pete.

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room to relax

We all met at Ruta’s house to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Family came from Boston, New York, Albuquerque to stay together. The home was well-appointed and had everything needed for our stay. Thanks for a great visit

Relaxing

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with the Pinellas Trail practically in the back yard for walking/ biking. Beaches a short ride away. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the home and the helpfulness of area activities, etc of Ruta was much appreciated.

Great house with everything we needed

The house (and garage!) is chock full of everything you could possibly want. The pool is small but perfect for cooling down on those hot days. Beds were comfy with top end bending and towels were super soft!

The home away from home!

This is one of the most beautiful and well kept places I've ever stayed at! The host really made us feel comfortable and at home at our time here. If you are looking for a clean, fun, family friendly environment you do not need to look any further. Ruta made sure we were very happy guests and even gave us some chocolate as a parting gift! Best VRBO I've stayed in! Book now!

Spotless and full of amenities

We have been renting on VRBO for 7 years. This was by far the cleanest rental with amazing amenities! Ruta thought of everything - soaps, shampoos, towels, paper goods, and even coffee!! The house was centrally located with easy access to the beaches, St. Pete, and Clearwater. I highly recommend this property!!

All around great property

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed using the pool and the bicycles. The Pinellas Trail is a block away and is a great place to ride a bike. Beach is 10 minutes away and everything is close by. The house is very clean and has all the comforts of home. All in all a real winner.

Great house, great neighborhood

The layout of the house was great, and decorations. There is an unheated pool, so too cold for us to go in during November. My only disappointment was no TV in the primary bedroom but one in the other two bedrooms and the pool table room. The owner communicated quickly and left great instructions ,and a box of chocolates that was above and beyond. I appreciated her what’s in the house is for your use. I’ve had many rentals that wanted to charge me extra to use beach supplies, ect. If you want repeat customers don’t nickel and dime them.

Just Like Home!

This property is well maintained inside and out! The location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, bike trail, plenty of restaurants and more! The hosts were kind, generous and cared about how the stay was and how the accommodations were! It was so nice to walk into a house that was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, smelled fresh, stocked with water, toiletries, household items, beach towels/chairs, bikes, a pool table and more! There was even bird food and a bird feeder for the cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers and more!! The hosts kindly accommodated not one dog but two dogs which was very kind, generous and greatly appreciated! They communicated well and were very accommodating and we would stay there again for some fun in the sun and relaxation! Accommodating is the key word! It truly felt like home, and we did not want to leave! Thank you for the stay!! :)

A perfect paradise

It is difficult to highlight any one thing about this experience as everything was perfect. The Host (Ruta) and her husband went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation. We stayed the entire month of March, 2024 and we didn't want to leave. The cleanliness of the house was immediately apparent with an attention to detail including fresh flowers and candy which greeted us upon arrival. The house has three bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a pool table and a separate laundry room. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the necessary appliances (including an air fryer, crock pot and a toaster oven) and ample serving pieces, dishes and pots/pans. A screened porch has couches, table and chairs and ceiling fans and opens to a fenced yard (great for a dog) which also includes a 10' x 20' above ground rectangular pool which was maintained weekly as well as a new gas grill. The hosts also provided all necessary beach items including an abundance of towels, chairs, floats and toys and also supplied four bicycles for riding the Pinellas Trail which is minutes from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly and there are stores (Walmart, Publix) and restaurants within 5 minutes. From the ease of check in to departure, this house is by far the best we have ever rented and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing Experience!!

This house was great, the space was perfect. The host have been ensuring every tiny detail is covered. They welcomed us with a thoughtful present and also all the instructions of the house and recommendations about the area, restaurants, beaches, hospitals and supermarkets: it was awesome. The host Ruta texted us offering help in case we needed anything else. For sure we will come back. thanks Ruta you are “ The Best Host”
