Fabulous apartment. Incredible view of the Coliseum and the Vatican dome from the private terrace. Perfect apartment for a family vacation in Rome. Paolo is amazing. A wonderful host. An excellent stay.

This place is a true gem in Rome. It's spectacular. The condo was clean and comfortable and the views were unbeatable. Morning coffee (or evening wine) on the private upper level terrace overlooking the city is an experience of a lifetime. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight arrived early (thank you Riccardo!). I will always look to stay here first on all of my return Rome trips. Highly recommend!

This is a clean and comfortable apartment, and the air conditioning worked well to protect us from the 95 degree heat. The best thing about this place is the incredible view of the Colosseum from the rooftop terrace. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Rome!

Great location in Rome! Many amenities in the area. Close to everything, but a calmer neighbourhood which was great for our family's first visit. The patio has spectacular views.

Paolo and Riccardo were very welcoming and responsive hosts. We felt taken care of, from check in to check out and getting the transportation arranged to go to the airport. We should have arranged with them for our pickup at the train station as well (getting a taxi there in the official line was not a pleasant experience). The apartment is in an older building so inevitably expectations need to be adjusted accordingly. The AC, washer/dryer and elevator worked great and reliably (great features especially in the summer!). The location is great and we loved spending time on the terrace enjoying the great views during and after sunset. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Having an elevator in an older building was also a very nice feature. Our host was exceptional setting up our transportation from the airport and on the last day to the train station. We were met at the front gate on arrival with a thorough walk through and explanation by the host. Excellent experience we would strongly recommend this property for your stay!!

The view is even better in person. Private rooftop was why we wanted this place and it was perfect. Stayed here with a teenager, a toddler as well as my husband and me. Plenty of room. Air conditioning was key. The elevator works and we used it occasionally. Easy walk to the many sites of Rome. Host booked our car service for us to the airport and it was perfect. He also met us with wine and snacks. 10/10. Thank you!

The host did an amazing job, from arranging our airport transfer to providing us with some valuable information to help make our visit amazing. The picture from the roof top deck says it all. It tells you how close you are to everything with great restaurants and attractions within an easy walk.

The location was easy to navigate to and from. The only con was the bathroom had a smell of sewage. We contacted the host and he did his best, but the smell impacted our stay. It sounds like less on an issue in the dryer months.

The location was great and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The security of the building was appreciated. We felt very safe. Paolo was very responsive and arranged all of our transportation. We especially enjoyed the views of the Colosseum at night from our private terrace. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location very close to the Colosseum, nice apartment with good kitchen, easy access, very walkable to most Rome attractions. One floor up is the private rooftop patio that has amazing views of the Colosseum and beyond.

Close to everything but away from the crowds

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It fit our needs very well for a family of four staying a week in Rome. The terrace access really takes this place over the top. Much better value than staying at a hotel. The owner was great at check in and helped us throughout the week with various needs.

Fantastic place and location!

The apartment is in a great location, easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. We spent great evenings on the terrace overlooking the Colosseum. Paulo was very helpful and easily contactable. We highly recommend this place!
