Great condo with a great view! Location was great. Beds were super comfy! They also have a great pool for the kids and the elevators were great/fast considering how big the complex is. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay ! Place was clean,host was very responsive in a timely manner, I rate a 5 star , my only con is the living room TV was broken , but over all everything was great !!!

Kim and Marvin’s place was as described. Very clean, very comfortable. LOVED the weighted fleece blanket. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and preparing meals, bathrooms were clean and spacious and the appliances were pretty modern and easy to use. A TV practically every where you turned was nice also. Everyone felt at home. I would recommend their place anytime. Thank you for having us.

Great vacation for us in 807! Close to attractions and food, many within walking distance. Clean spacious room with great view of beach. The host was very helpful and kind. All around great vacation spot!

Great Place for Business Meetings

2 Business partners met me there and they had a great time while we discussed work. Plenty of things to do in the area and restaurants. Great place!

Our condo was clean, perfectly equipped and comfortable! Washer and dryer helped so much! Plus Stunning view of the Gulf and the pier. The Aqua has awesome beach and water sport guys that took great care of us all week! We were very happy and impressed with our rental and the facilities!

Nice Condo

The owners are very responsive. The condo unit was clean & updated. Unit also came with the beach service, which is always a plus. We love Aqua & we plan to book this unit for our next trip.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great stay with our friends at this condo! It was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and it was in a great location! My only feedback would be to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags as we quickly ran out and there were not any extra in the condo. Other than that, we had a great time!

100% worth it!

We had an incredible stay at this property in Panama City Beach! The check-in and check-out process was very easy and streamlined, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The condo's location is extremely convenient, putting us close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to enjoy. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking view. Waking up to the stunning panorama of the beach every morning was an absolute treat. Overall, we highly recommend this property and look forward to returning on our next trip to Panama City Beach!

Great communication and helpful. Only issue was the air conditioning was not working and it was very humid however owner did send a maintenance person to service the AC on short notice so that was appreciated.

A beautiful condo

A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. A few things were included that I didn’t expect— coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, etc. We have definitely stayed in places that those weren’t included! A new washer/dryer which worked great. Overall would definitely recommend. My family of 4 had plenty of space.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua! The condo unit was great. Even though the weather was quite windy, we still enjoyed our stay. We loved being on the ocean and having beach chairs set up daily for us. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The strip is noisy but that seems expected for spring break in PC. I will say that the only disappointment was that the outdoor pool wasnt heated and freezing. Also, one of the outdoor pools was closed. The indoor heated pool was quite small and packed due to how cold the outdoor one was. The host did say we could utilize a heated pool on a other property for a fee, but we ended up not checking that out.

Location and amenities were great. Host was responsive. We arrived late one evening and didn’t realize the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. 150 worth of groceries ruined overnight. Then it took three days to get a replacement fridge (no discounts or compensation offered other than money to buy an ice chest). There are six towels in the unit…we had five people so I did laundry every night. The host controls the thermostat so I had to ask for the temperature to be adjusted to our comfort level. The unit was tidy but not overly clean (hair in the shower, floors left our socks brown, etc). It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but it was not all that we had hoped for.

Fantastic host. Always responded to any questions we had within a few minutes. Very clean and well furnished Condo. Amenities were all well worth the price. Great experience with the stay overall and surrounding attractions were amazing.
