Home Overview:
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10-in-1 Combo Game Table Set w/Hockey, Foosball, Pool, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Chess, Cards, Checkers, Bowling, and Backgammon, and furnished balcony! The front door is operated by our secure, unique code lock that provides each of our guests with their own unique code that is only active during their stay. Guests will receive check-in instructions the day of arrival that walks you through the check-in process. You'll have full-access to the home and it's premise, except for the cleaning and storage closet, located on the 1st floor. If availability allows, we are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-out. Please contact us directly to check availability.

There is an attached 2 vehicle garage with additional free street parking in front of the home.

The dining table, which seats 4 people, is located right off the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit down for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, there is a bar area equipped with whiskey glasses, copper moscow mule cups, martini glasses, cocktail tools, and a sink.

Living Room has two couches, two leather accent chairs, a fireplace, and a 65 inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 1 - King Size memory foam bed, waterproof mattress protector, 1 night stand, 1 table lamp, cocktail table with cocktail kit, lounge sofa, body mirror, and accent bench. Connected is a private large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, and two walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, waterproof mattress protector, 2 night stands, 2 table lamps, closet. Private bathroom is down the hall and features a bathtub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk bed featuring 2 full size mattresses, waterproof mattress protector, body mirror, walk-in closet and is connected to a full bathroom which has a bathtub/shower combo.

Freshly laundered towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Toilet Paper, Hairdryer, and other toiletry items provided for your enjoyment.
