Regarding the lighting, we keep a detailed log and verify all light bulbs at every check-in and check-out. The wall switches you mentioned are dimmer switches, which require holding the switch to adjust between low and bright settings. If the switch is tapped quickly, it may appear that the light is not working. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any questions or concerns a quick text would have allowed us to resolve the lighting issue immediately, which leads us to believe this may be why it seemed like the bulbs were out. As for the kitchen, we appreciate the note and will review inventory to ensure it comfortably accommodates larger groups.
