This was such a cute place! We only stayed one night but we are already planning another trip to the area and to stay a few nights just so we can enjoy the place a bit more.

The property was as listed. David was attentive and good to work with. As others have mentioned, there is some maintenance needed but appears to being addressed. We had a good stay and spent our days floating the Green River below the Fontenelle dam. Great fish!

Stayed for 3 nights, great location for fossil hunting and off roading in kemmerer, boars tusk and petroglyps, nice city park in green river, quiet neighborhood, hot tub was great, kitchen well stocked. Definitely stay here again

Hot tub was slightly cloudy and not quite warm enough. Washer and dryer were a plus!

The temperature on the hot tub is adjustable. We like to keep it around 102 degrees. We tried switching to non chlorinated tablets but we found that regular chlorine tablets work best and keep the water crystal clear. Thanks for being understanding.

Excellent place to stay.

Lovely home and great communication with owners. Even met us as we were unloading our vehicle. Great location close to Green River. Beautiful home and nice secluded hot tub.

Quick overnight stay

Found this property on Bring Fido, very accommodating for us with our pets. Was just a quick overnight stay on our way to Denver but would definitely stay again when passing thru.

Quaint decor, clean and inviting. Wish we would’ve been able to stay longer to utilize more of the amenities provided. The grill looked amazing, but we did get a chance to use the hot tub. Love the games!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Cabin. Beds were comfortable and the place was welcoming and quiet. Our host communicated quickly regarding questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group to stay when in Green River.

Pleasant stay. The owner, David, was very attentive at all times and helped us with everything. The house is in a very quiet location, although it could use some maintenance, a bit more exterior cleaning, and a few additional kitchen utensils.The living room is very cozy and perfect for a nice chat after a long day of fishing.We will probably stay here again next time!Thank you

Backyard was under construction, but there wasn’t any warning about that which sucked for our dogs because that was one of the main reasons we booked the place. The hot tub also turned my wife’s swimsuit a bit brown, so probably should be cleaned. Kitchen was also a little understocked as far as pans and cooking equipment. Overall it was enjoyable and a cozy cabin, but not quite what we were expecting.

Thank you for understanding the construction in the back yard as we are making improvements to the landscaping and backdrop for future guests. The hot tub is cleaned and checked between every guest.

This cabin looked good in photos, but did not match the price. It felt maybe 75% finished, not fully upgraded, in a run down part of town the listing does not convey.The AC could not keep up. The cabin was extremely hot on arrival & took 5-6 hours overnight to cool down. One person in our group could not sleep because of the heat.The hot tub worked, but the string lights above it had no outlet, & 2 to 3 bulbs were broken from the cover hitting them. We also heard strange noises at night.The EV charger died a few hours in, late at night. The host found a tripped breaker the next morning, then suggested the failure was on us for charging at too high an amperage, though the charger has no setting to control that. Chargers are scarce here, so we lost time & paid more for a fast charge the next day.We asked the host to lower the rate before booking. His response cited high season demand and a complimentary EV charger, the same charger that failed.Guests should also know this property posts its own review guide at the house, separate from VRBO's actual rating system. It redefines each star level in the host's favor, framing anything short of "nobody's perfect" as a 3 star or lower experience, & states the host needs to stay above a 4.3 average or shut down. A second guide goes further, calling a 1 star rating grounds to report the house as a crime. VRate your actual experience, not a script.

Great house!

We needed a place to stay in southern Wyoming, and this house was perfect! We definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of driving. Lots of space and 1 1/2 bathrooms.

The property is 3 miles from town and walking distance to the river in a neighborhood mostly occupied by elderly.

Great cabin

Our stay was amazing. Cabin was beautiful and clean. Everything worked as expected and the one thing that didn’t. We message the homeowner and they had it replaced quickly. Homeowner was awesome and very responsive and respectful. Definitely will recommend!!!

Equipped for the stay

We had a nice stay at this property. We utilized the washer and dryer. The hot tub was spectacular after a long day sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped to handle meals The property owner was quick to answer a minor a question..

Was it glamorous, no. Did it meet our needs, absolutely! The house was clean and well stocked with towels, which brings me to my next point. The HOT TUB was a hit! Our family, ages 5-44, all enjoyed using it multiple times a day! Communication was excellent. Special accommodations were made for our large family. Yard was great for our pup. Would stay again!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This place was awesome. We had family coming from Wyoming and Idaho and this was a half way place for us to meet. Plenty of room for everyone. We used the Kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. Communicating with the property manager was great. We will be using this place again, for sure.

Eclectic Style Rustic Home

My children and I traveled to Jamestown to visit my brother and his family who live in Green River. This area does not have many VRBO or hotel options, so we were very happy to find this home to stay in. It had plenty of room and was well stocked. Check in was easy. The owner has spent time and money renovating some things which we appreciated. This home is older and quirky but it suited us well.
