Perfect stay! Close to so many activities or very quiet if you chose. Exceptionally well stocked and communication with host always very prompt. Would love to stay again!

Cecile was very responsive and a wonderful host. She went out of her way to try to make our stay more fun. The unit looks like it’s brand new. It’s very Clean, well organized and was quiet. It feels remote but it is still close enough to the highway so you’re still able to go do things. It would be a 5 star family vacation if there was more around it that was available for swimming out of the smoke. There are no rec centres near by and it’s forty minutes either way to water parks. The lake was pretty bad with the fire on the other side of okanagan lake but the air conditioning kept the indoor air clean and cool. We would happily stay here again in the future.

This stay was great for our family. I loved how central it was for 3 great swimming locations. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were always there to accommodate us.We loved playing cards on the deck overlooking the lake.Our favorite parts/places of the trip:1. FOLKTALE CIDERY- a family cidery. We went 3 times because the kids (13,11,9) loved the built in bouncy park. The ciders were great and the food was a treat. Younger kids would LOVE it also.2. KAL BEACH - a short drive for an amazing sandy beach.3. Vernon water park. We rented a cabana and spent a good chunk of the day here. Great for all ages.5. Wood lake beaches were nice and not too busy.6. Cutwater brewery had yummy house beer on tap and the food was really great!I hope to come back in the future. Thanks for such a nice place to stay

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

We had a very lovely time! The place was nice and location to the beach was quick and easy. The hosts were helpful, kind and very nice to meet! I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Lake Country at its finest.

Wonderful, well appointed stay in Lake Country. Awesome place and great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing that would have made it 5+ stars would be more shade on the outside space.

Our lake country vacation

Our stay at the suite was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and brand new. Everything worked out perfectly for our family. The location is great with beautiful lake views. Cecile was very easy to get a hold of and very informative. Would love to stay here every year.

Friends Meet Up

This property is the best! The Shortest walk to the lake, the sweetest grass area to chill at and the patio is so lovely at night with the best view ,yes its hot but youre in the okanagan so its going to be HOT on any patio wherever you go! Met up with my friends we had two dogs and this place was perfect for 3 humans and 2 dogs! And the dogs loved going to the lake in the evenings. Loved being able to BBQ aswell! We will defentily meet up again here for sure!

Great Location and Hosts

We stayed at this property from July 8-16 and it was great. The suite is brand new and has everything you could need for amenities. The view from the deck was spectacular and relaxing. There are many wineries and great little restaurants within a 5 minute drive which was very convenient..as well we used the BBQ one night and enjoyed dinner in. The AC was amazing on the hot days and the hosts were respectful and friendly. The water is close by and great to set up some chairs and go paddle boarding. We will definitely come stay again in the future.

We loved our stay at The Oasis with our two year old and nine month old! The rental felt brand new, was spotless, and came fully stocked with everything we could possibly need.Cecile greeted us with a delicious homemade loaf of sourdough and a bottle of wine, and she was always quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We also really appreciated her thoughtful recommendations for child-friendly activities in the area.The location in Lake Country was perfect—convenient, with plenty to do nearby, so we never felt the need to venture into busy Kelowna. We already miss the beautiful views from the kitchen/deck area.We would absolutely recommend this VRBO to couples or small families visiting Lake Country!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The space is clean, bright & cheerful. The deck was a beautiful place to sip coffee & enjoy the quiet of the morning. Everything you could want in your home away from home was available, from appliances to games to laundry facilities. The directions to arrive, park and the door code was accurate. The beds were comfortable with extra bedding and pillows. Each room having it's own temperature control was greatly appreciated and utilized. The bottle of wine upon arrival was a very thoughtful touch. I have no complaints whatsoever. I do have one suggestion though. Because our father was going to come along, but plans changed, I noticed that there is an accessibility concern. Because he was unable to come with us, it was not an issue for us. But if he did, there is no way he would have been able to climb the long flight of stairs to get into the home. I would maybe add that to your description for others as an FYI. Again, the stay was delightful as were the hosts. Thank you for having us.

Even the beds are comfortable!

The host, Cecile, was very quick to respond any time I had a question. Booking with them was easy. Lake Country is a fantastic location for a summer vacation. Lots of wineries to visit and lakes to cool off in. We rented a couple paddleboards for the week from Lily Pad Paddleboarding, which were a lot of fun. There's a beautiful view of the lake from the patio and comfortable chairs to enjoy it from. Great attention to detail went into furnishing this space. The main area and each bedroom have their own air conditioning unit, which all worked very well and also were attractive to look at. No ugly box in the window here. The kitchen has all the tools you need for cooking, including a good array of spices. Nice big island for prep work. And yes, the beds are very comfortable, and they have different types of pillows so you're more likely to find one that is comfortable for you. (We didn't use the pull out couch so I can't comment on that.) The only thing that would be an issue for some people is the staircase with 19 steps leading up to the entrance. That caught me off guard since the listing doesn't specify that the space you're renting is on the second floor. I think this should be mentioned, but then again maybe people with bigger mobility issues than I have know to inquire about this kind of thing. This was my first time using VRBO so in the future I'll know to ask this question if my arthritis is flaring. This is a really great space I'd be happy to rent again and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very positive experience and a wonderful holiday.

The suite was very nice with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.We did have some areas of concern.. the number of stairs up to the suite.. we did not see that on any of the photos.. made accessibility a little difficult for myself who has knee and hip problems. It would be nice to know the accessibility beforehand.Really would have loved a lounger on the deck…that would have made it a true vacation home
