Super spacious and comfy flat. Location to both city fun and the beach cannot be beat. Communication with both the owner and property manager was easy and efficient. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Traverse City.

Great location, easy communication with owner. Extremely roomy and well laid out. Extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Traverse City Getaway

The condo looked exactly like the photos, accommodating 4 couples perfectly. The location is steps away from bars/restaurants and all the wonderful shops in Traverse City. Would definitely stay here again.

First family vacation in a long time

With 5 adults, one of whom is 84, the location was terrific and the space was awesome. I would highly recommend this location. It was a little more than other locations, but totally worth it.

Great central location to TC

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. The condo is even better than the pictures show! Much larger than we expected. Perfectly centrally located downtown Traverse City that made it walkable to shopping, good eats, and other activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

Amazing Condo and Location

We booked this condo for mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The host was very easy to work with, condo exceeded all expectations, and provided nearly everything. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The rooftop bar, attached, was nice for convenience. Location in the heart of downtown.

Mom’s weekend away

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere from coffee in the mornings, to the beach during the day, to dinner and out at night. Mallory was wonderful to communicate with. She was very responsive and literally had everything we could’ve needed! Thank you!

We love it!

This beautiful 'home away from home' was a perfect accommodation for all seven of us. The place was spacious (larger than we thought it would be), with wonderful beds, nice bathrooms (one ADA compliant), and located downtown for an easy walk to the water, shops, and restaurants. Our family was beyond delighted with your stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again in the future. We could not recommend this place and the hosts enough.

Everything in the description is 100% accurate.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I know it's a little bit more expensive than other options but it's completely worth it. The location is literally right in the middle of everything. Within walking distances of dozens of restaurants and shops. Huge bedrooms and living space. Highly recommend it.

Minor concern about cleanliness

Overall the condo looked and smelled very clean. However, when walking around without shoes, the soles of our feet were black.

It was a wonderful unit and the only complaint would be that the elevator was broken. There were 6 of us hauling luggage up the stairs and everywhere we went we had to use the stairs. We had wonderful food and drinks and walked everywhere. We felt the unit was supplied very well with everything we needed except the blender didn't work.

This was the perfect location in Traverse City! We had coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques all around us. This was a very nice, safe, clean neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay and convenient parking.The rental was perfect for 3 adult couples. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. The condo was very clean and spacious and so easy to communicate with Mallory. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything and even though it is right on the main downtown area the condo was nice and quiet. There was 8 in our family, all over 21. We would definitely stay again!
