Chateau Aspen 11 is a standard rated two bedroom, two bath condominium with a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The recently renovated kitchen is modern, light and bright featuring beautiful granite countertops, a stunning backsplash and light floors. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. The couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa.Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. This comfortable unit offers one of the best locations in Aspen!

Great location

Property and location is great, close to the bus station and very walkable. We had a large rental suv and had a challenge with the parking spot size. Everything in Aspen is super expensive!

Aspen condo

Condo was fine, nothing fancy. Good value. No air conditioning and we went in August. It was warm at night. The fans helped. Great location.

Great Location!

We loved everything about it , especially if you like being right in town! Bathrooms and kitchen area updated, but not some furniture..however, everything was clean and neat..no complaints and would stay again.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Apartment is certainly not in the very best condition but improvements have been made in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would rent again due to the great location.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, close to everything in town! It was the perfect size and set up for our family of four, we liked that the kids could have their own beds. We hope to be back again!

Great location

Couldn’t ask for a better location, a block to the lift, transportation hub, and a ton of restaurants and bars. The apartment was as described and the property management company was communicative and flexible to our changing travel plans. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The property was in a great downtown location. We walked all over downtown to sightsee and find restaurants. Our only issue was accessing Netflix in the living room.

Great spot right in the heart of Aspen. Cute and Very comfortable with all the necessities. Only downside: Couch and chairs in tv area could really use a visit from Stanley Steamer or replacement

Great Spot

Fantastic location right in the heart of town with restaruants and shops all around. Just across from the grocery store is also a plus. Management Company was fantastic with easy check in/check out instructions. Definitely would recommend.

Prompt and very helpful service!

While there was a mechanical issue upon our arrival, the management staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful, and made the transition as smooth as possible. The maintenance and after-hours team were also prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you!

Good location and value.

Sort of dark space with poor lighting. But it has everything you need and a great location in the middle of downtown Aspen. It could use a little updating.

Great location!

The location of this condo was excellent! Walking distance to a local grocery store as well as shopping and restaurants. Could not have asked for a better location! The apartment needs more updating tho. The sofa for example needs replaced. The springs are almost sticking out of the cushions. Better lighting is needed in the living area. Not enough lamps! The master bathroom needs updating. The guest bath is updated, but not the master. The new kitchen looks great, but the whole place should look that good. I would like to commend the McCartney staff. They did an excellent job each time I had to call them. Very impressive. I would rent a McCartney property again.
