The whole group will enjoy easy access to downtown Gatlinburg from this spacious house located 1.5 miles from the strip. You will have your own seasonal heated private pool, hot tub, and game room to have hours of fun without ever leaving!
The kitchen is equipped with a chef's double oven with plenty of seating for the entire group. The house has 2 living rooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It also has a kid's area with an additional twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own king bed with new memory foam mattresses. This property is great for groups and families!

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the pool and hot tub, please bring your own.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time, and plan to be back. Place was HUGE so much space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time without having to be on top of each other. Super close to downtown, food close by, and easy to find! Host was easy to contact and timely with responses. Warning: when they say beware of bears, they aren’t kidding! We saw so many (which we enjoyed and got us a lot of excited) and even one in my van! Lock your doors! Enjoyable trip.

Great house

This is a great house for a large multi family vacation. Very large with plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating for morning coffee and even had a bear come on the property two separate times that we saw. Great location. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay and spacious!

The property really worked well for what we needed. We had friends joining us from various locations. Well given instructions on locations and instructions regarding our check-in. Considering Fall being the time of season, no one expected the property to be spotless. The house accomodated 8 adults. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was fabulous. I did come prepared with extra dish towels and dish cloths, plus extra dishwasher tabs. I always pack extra's of everything. Enjoyed being close to all the activities, even enjoyed zip lining for the first time. We also encountered our first bear, but realized he was more scared of me than I was of him. I'm ready to go back the first chance I get.

Great stay for family reunion

Had a great stay with family that drove in from various locations. Centrally located to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain park. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to go around. Great commutation with owners, fixed the few problems we had very fast. Game room was fun and used by everyone, big kitchen with lots of seating which was excellent.

Awesome cabin!

The cabin was amazing. We loved the fact that the driveway was not terribly steep and it had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was great as well. There were plenty of pans, utensils, and other necessary kitchen items for us to make meals during our stay. The fridge was huge! The pool and hot tub were great, as well as all the games in the game room. My kids were a little disappointed that the deer shooting game did not work but we played all other games and used the poker table for card games. Overall, we are very satisfied!

Great family getaway

Overall this house was perfect for our large party. The game room was a huge hit. The house was very spacious with fairly large bedrooms and all king size beds. All making it very convenient for our entire family. The kitchen was just a large as it was depicted in the pictures, although not a very well stocked kitchen I will say. It was pretty sparse on things like baking sheets, certain cooking utensils etc. the grill was very nice to have although not the cleanest. The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Downside was that the pool was not heated which made it a little less enjoyable and there were a few minor issues with the pool… but the owners were very responsive about sending out the pool company on multiple occasions. The house is very conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and a 20 or so minute drive into pigeon forge. We did have a couple incidents with insects in the bathrooms (although you will have that in the woods) which the owner was also very responsive and sent out an exterminator right away. All minor issues aside would recommend house and definitely would consider staying again if revising Gatlinburg.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay. We loved that all the rooms are big and all the beds are comfortable which makes it easy to share with a big family. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room! Location was perfect for getting into the Smokies for hiking and getting to Dollywood without much traffic. Be sure to pack your own pool towels if you plan to hit the waterpark in the summer or don't want to use your bath towels for the hot tub/pool at the house.

Not again

We arrived at the property and it was not cleaned. We had cockroaches,a disgusting grill a pool and hot tub that were not cleaned. I contacted the owner who sent broom and dust pan along with a grill brush to us. She refunded the cleaning fee, but also offered to refund our full balance and we could go elsewhere. We live in the woods in PA so expected so critters, but not cockroaches. They sent exterminator over immediately. The pool was malfunctioning due to something from previous guests. Took 2 days to get corrected. House needs sone TLC. Furniture is stained, kitchen supplies such as pots and pans along with cooking utensils are sparse or grossly damaged, cabinets were sticky. One of the games in the game room was not functioning. When we were able to use the pool we were pelted by acorns from the oak tree that hangs over. The view from the porch was of the road and the so called short walk to the free trolley stop was not short, down hill to get there but very strenuously uphill to return. Someone in our party left some things behind, I contacted the owner who said she had to contact the cleaning company and IF found they would mail to me. I told them EXACTLY what was left behind and EXACTLY where to find the items. We never received the items back

Family vacation

Huge open area for family to gather for meals and fun. Game room was great. Water pressure was an issue and we were unable to get into the house at 4 as they were still cleaning it. We did have a great vacation overall!

Birthday Weekend

Bear Ridge was awesome , my family and I had a great time. We had plenty of room and the game room was a bonus for our family . I will recommend this house others and will stay again in the near future .

Spacious and a great location ...

We had 10 family members stay at this location and it was a wonderful experience. The game room was a big hit for the kids and adults as well as the hot tub. The communication with the owners was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here.

Very big for families

We enjoyed our stay. We were only about 2 miles from the main strip in gatlinburg. Pretty quiet neighborhood and had lots to do for every age to enjoy. I will say the master bedroom on the first floor doesn’t heat as well as the rest of the house. They do provide heaters in the room as well as a fireplace to keep warm. Our family had a blast and overall we would recommend staying.

Birthday Getaway

Beautiful house, lots of room! We did have a few problems after the maintenance man came and was suppose to fix the issues. Master bedroom downstairs was freezing, all of the sockets stopped working mid day on the second day, couldn’t plug up the heaters to even stay warm. The fireplace didn’t push out heat in the same room. Overall we did enjoy the house out side of the few issues.

Enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious for 10 of us. The five king size beds were great. Convenient location for Gatlinburg activities. Our teenagers enjoyed the game room. The manager responded quickly with a check-in issue and even compensated us for a little inconvenience. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
