Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, but we are concerned that you experienced housekeeping issues. Had we known during your stay we would have sent the housekeepers back to mop the floors again and change out any necessary bedding. Our priority is to have our guests have a clean, comfortable stay and enjoy the property. We hope to see you again.

We appreciate your feedback. All the decking is scheduled to be repaired this summer in the month of August. We have blocked off the month for this to be completed. We will have our maintenance staff look at the refrigerator and if needed schedule repair with the appliance company. We hope you enjoyed your time in Key West and thank you for staying with us.

Thank you for the review. The third floor space can be a bit warmer than the other bedrooms, but it has a separate AC unit and definitely gets cooler than 85 degrees. If the balcony door is left open on the third floor it would prevent the AC from cooling properly. This is space that we want our guests to use and enjoy.
