Located in one of the most desirable neighborhood in Grassy Key, our Morton Street home is truly a hidden gem, inviting you to relax and get in touch with nature in a peaceful environment, yet staying in close proximity to charming stores and restaurants in the heart of Marathon.

Lay under shady trees and enjoy the ocean breeze as you take in the breathtaking natural beauty of a gulf sunset view. Plan a day trip and take the kids (optional) to the Turtle Hospital to learn about local sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts, or make your way to sparkling Sombrero Beach to soak up the sun or snorkel in the world’s 3rd largest barrier reef. Fish on our 300 ft pier and clean your fresh catch on the spot, while keeping an eye out for turtle and nurse shark sightings! Unwind on the enclosed balcony or grill up dinner on the patio. No matter your interests, you’re sure to love your refreshing stay in Marathon.

One pet is allowed. Pet needs to be approved at the time of reservation.

Since our property is oceanfront, seagrass smell may be present at the pier. This is part of ocean life and there is nothing we can do to prevent it. The smell is more prominent during the summer but can happen at any time of the year. We want to be transparent about this issue so that our guests can make an informed decision before booking with us. Please note that no credit or refund will be given should this happen.

Please note only two cars are allowed to park in the driveway. No street parking. No RV parking allowed without owner permission. The boat lift is for owner use only. Guests are not to use the boat lift in any way. No jet skis are allowed on the property. Due to requests by the neighborhood, no party is allowed and quiet time is to be observed after 10pm.
