Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power.
The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.
The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.
The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

Great central location and very quiet area. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Condo.had everything you could need & was super clean. Host was very responsive at all times. Would definitely book again in the future.

Coral Lagoon is outstanding! My family of 5 enjoyed the entire stay. It was comfortable for our family, with plenty of space, the right amenities, and great communication from Bruce. The pool was clean, in a great setting, and the perfect temperature. The listing excellently described exactly what you are are getting with this property and experience. Highly recommend!

We had a view of the canal which was under construction for the sea wall. Otherwise it was peaceful and beautifully managed and landscaped. Our rooms were very clean !

This was an amazing place. Excellent location. Quiet little condo community. The house and the owner were fantastic from day of booking up until day of checkout.

Great place for our family vacation with our sons and their girlfriends. Host was extremely helpful and responsive! Very clean and nice. We did not have a boat, but is even better place for boaters to bring their boat. Only few minor things lacking at house. There were no pot holders for our cooking. Shampoo and shower/body soap bottles were very small lasting couple of days and we had to get buy more at the store. Would definitely stay there again.

A small piece of paradise
Easy access to all the Florida Keys has to offer. Owner was extremely helpful with suggestions of places to go and eat. Very quiet neighborhood and an absolute gorgeous home.

Beautiful unit, very clean and beds are comfortable
We had a great time, even with Tropical storm Alberto coming to pay a visit. We found many places to visit, highly recommend the turtle hospital, as well as the aquarium. We plan on coming back when we can do some diving.

Wonderful Condo, Perfect Location
If you are coming to Marathon to boat this is the place to stay. Coral Lagoon has the most wonderful marina and private boat launch. It is tucked away but right near the Vaca cut, ideal to get back and forth between the ocean and bay sides easier. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and modern with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Thanks for a great stay!
