Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

Location, Location, Location...all good

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Bruce, the owner, responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. FYI for anyone bringing a boat, the slip is in the public marina attached to the property. The slip behind the unit is not part of the rental property. All in all, we would definitely go back.

A Lovely Home

The home was beautifully decorated and spotless when we arrived. The owner’s upfront communication was outstanding. Marathon is a very relaxed and peaceful place. I want to come back here.

Great house great location

This was our second year staying in this development. Our first time staying in this house. The house is clean and well maintained. The development is right off the main road. There is a dock for your boad as well as a beautiful pool. We really had no complaints. The owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Marina is wonderful, super helpful and convenient. Less than an hour boat ride to several reefs for great snorkeling. Pool was heated and super clean and comfortable. Condo was clean and kitchen pretty well stocked. Would stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The Villa was amazing! The place was clean, functional, and has everything we needed. The entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Bruce was the best! He was quick to answer any question (call or text). Having a boat slip right next to the villa made it so easy for us. Debbie at the marina was very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Perfect Stay

Our vacation at this beautiful comfortable row house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, new furniture in living room, and plenty of room for our family of six. We made use of both outdoor decks overlooking the picturesque canal. The place was just a few minutes drive from the Winn Dixie, Starbucks, restaurants, and water sports, etc. we would definitely stay here again. The hour plus drive from the Key West airport was worth it.

A small piece of paradise

Great place in nice location

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were firmer than I care for but other than that…no complaints. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach towels. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was good and made suggestions for dinner.

Perfect Stay

Perfection! Owner has provided a fantastic space for everyone!! Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great location and everything we needed for our stay in the Keys. You can’t go wrong with this home - close to everything, pool on sight and a marina for your boat. Boat rentals are available as well!! Bruce ( owner) is great to work with and readily available.

Great Stay

We spent 4 nights here with my family and in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was wonderful. Bruce was great about communicating with us. We especially enjoyed morning and evening walks along the water and all of the sea life. If we come back to the area we would definitely love to stay here again.

PERFECT for families!

Centrally located in the Keys, Coral Lagoon exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, convenient and the location was perfect. Owners provided timely communication and have done a wonderful job with this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and cute little property and Unit

The property is a very beachy feeling location that is right on the water. There is a neighborhood pool and, obviously, a marina. The boat slip is not right behind the house, but it is maybe 100 yards in the main marina section. There is an additional charge for ramp use, dockage, etc. I paid $84 and was there for 3 nights. The unit was wonderful. Super clean, great outdoor space on the back porch overlooking a canal, and steps from both the pool and boat slip. It's walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The host was also incredible and professional. He made sure all my paperwork was squared away before arriving and gave it to the dockmaster so I didn't have to do anything. He was communicative throughout the check-in process and made sure to answer all my questions before arriving. It was great.

Nice place!

Nice clean place. We had 6 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. It was a huge plus for us to keep our boat at the marina next door and the pool was just a short walk. Very quiet place.
