Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

A small piece of paradise

Easy access to all the Florida Keys has to offer. Owner was extremely helpful with suggestions of places to go and eat. Very quiet neighborhood and an absolute gorgeous home.

Beautiful and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Marina is wonderful, super helpful and convenient. Less than an hour boat ride to several reefs for great snorkeling. Pool was heated and super clean and comfortable. Condo was clean and kitchen pretty well stocked. Would stay here again!

Beautiful unit, very clean and beds are comfortable

We had a great time, even with Tropical storm Alberto coming to pay a visit. We found many places to visit, highly recommend the turtle hospital, as well as the aquarium. We plan on coming back when we can do some diving.

Nice place!

Nice clean place. We had 6 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. It was a huge plus for us to keep our boat at the marina next door and the pool was just a short walk. Very quiet place.

Great Location with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay over the New Year's holiday. Great location. The unit is even nicer than advertised! The kitchen is large with every thing needed for meal prep. Plenty of space for our family to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great place in nice location

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were firmer than I care for but other than that…no complaints. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach towels. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was good and made suggestions for dinner.

Perfect Stay

Our vacation at this beautiful comfortable row house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, new furniture in living room, and plenty of room for our family of six. We made use of both outdoor decks overlooking the picturesque canal. The place was just a few minutes drive from the Winn Dixie, Starbucks, restaurants, and water sports, etc. we would definitely stay here again. The hour plus drive from the Key West airport was worth it.

Location, Location, Location...all good

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Bruce, the owner, responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. FYI for anyone bringing a boat, the slip is in the public marina attached to the property. The slip behind the unit is not part of the rental property. All in all, we would definitely go back.

Great house great location

This was our second year staying in this development. Our first time staying in this house. The house is clean and well maintained. The development is right off the main road. There is a dock for your boad as well as a beautiful pool. We really had no complaints. The owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent from them again.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The Villa was amazing! The place was clean, functional, and has everything we needed. The entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Bruce was the best! He was quick to answer any question (call or text). Having a boat slip right next to the villa made it so easy for us. Debbie at the marina was very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Great getaway in the Marathon Keys! Perfect for the whole family

We stayed at Michael's villa 14 in Coral Lagoon in July 2018, it was a great trip! Everything you could imagine or need on vacation was included in the villa and the grounds/resort were just as great. Onsite boat ramp and trailer parking is easily accessible so bring your own boat. Villa 14 has a boat slip for rent as well in the marina which makes it a quick 2 minute walk to the slip. The pool was a nice touch to the end of each day and we highly recommend going to eat at Lazy Day's South and grab some boneless chicken tender from Dion's before you head back up north. Would recommend to any group of couples or a family with kids for a nice vacation spot in the keys!

Great location and property

We loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, close to Sombrero Beach and relaxing pool. Our only negatives were that there no beach chairs or cooler to use for the beach. It probably says that but we've never rented a beach property without them so just assumed they would be part of the package. We will definitely be back!

Nice place!

We stayed in Coral Lagoon over spring break and enjoyed our time. The pool was heated (which my girls loved) and we had a local manatee visit the canal a few times while we were there. It was adorable! The only drawback to us what that the Internet was slow and seemed to get bogged down if a few people were on it at once. My husband always has to connect in to work on his laptop while on vacation and if the girls were also using WiFi he couldn’t get anything done. We would have to make sure everyone was off their devices so he could do his work. That was our only drawback while on vacation hence the 4 out of 5 rating!
